Maintaining all floors, stairways and landing in 15 & 7 MW TG building free from dust and dirt. This includes operating floor, mezzanine floor, ground floor including drains inside the building & TG control room.(TG control room and TG operating floor to be mopped with soft wet cloth).
Cleaning operating/ground floors of boiler house, local control room and surrounding area including pressure filter and feed pump area and centrifugal compressor room, utility store and adjacent rest rooms. The area should be free from dust and dirt.
Cleaning steam distribution header area, engineers/ officers room, coal handling officers, coal/ash handling control rooms, ash compressor room and ESP control room -free dust & dirt.
Cleaning DCS control room, bottom Maintenance Office rooms, ground floor office room, Engineers office room free from dust and dirt.
Cleaning stairways & landing from boiler house, ground floor to steam drum area.
Maintaining the main structure of power boilers, air ducts and buckstays, boiler burner area, coal scale and deaerator floor area. Ash/dust to be manually collected in bags and dumped in the area earmarked for the purpose.
Cleaning of both cooling towers pump area, ash water pumps floor area and. Removal of algae/debris /mud/dust etc from cooling tower top platform of both cooling towers and its surroundings.
Keeping the ESP floors of boiler no. 1, 2 & 3 free from dust and ash.
Maintaining the conveyor areas in coal handling plant free from dirt and dust: conveyor nos.C1,C2,C3,C4,05,40, 18,12, 13, 14. Work includes maintaining the conveyor floors, including deck plates, floors and platforms, gratings, gravity take up areas, pump sump etc free from dirt, dust & spilled coal. The stones and debris to be shifted to specified area earmarked for the purpose. During cleaning the roof and sides of all conveyor galleries shall also be cleaned. It should be free from dust, dirt and cob webs. The quantity of removal of spilled coal upto 2m3 is part of this item.
Maintaining the conveyor area in coal unloading plant free from dirt, dust and spilled coal from the conveyor area, 04, 36, 37 and feeder area, bottom floor of wagon tippler including structural. Work includes cleaning the conveyor floors, deck plates, floors & platforms gratings, gravity take up areas pump sump etc. The stones and debris to be shifted to specified area earmarked for the purpose. The quantity of removal of spilled coal upto 2 m3 is part of this item.
Cleaning and collection of spilled over coal from crusher house & impactor house and transporting it to coal yard, as directed by shift engineer. Work includes maintaining the floors and access stairs free from dust and dirt. The quantity of removal of spilled coal upto 2 m3 is part of this item.
Clean spillage above 2m3 in coal handling units/wagon tipple . collection and removal of accumulated coal may due to jamming of chutes over flowing of conveyors/spilled over coal or due to tripping of conveyors at various locations in coal handling plant and spilled/ overflowed coal below wagon tippler. If the spilled over coal is possible to feed directly to the conveyors, it can be done after taking measurements and as per direction of engineer in charge only.
Maintaining the conveyor area in Chipper house, free from dirt , dust and spilled wood chips in conveyor area from Silo to CP plant - 411.05. Work includes maintaining the conveyor floors, including deck plates, floors and platforms, gratings, gravity take up areas etc free from dirt, dust & wood chips. During cleaning the roof and sides of all conveyor galleries shall also be cleaned. It should be free from dust, dirt and cob webs. The work is to be executed twice in a week or as instructed by EIC. The debris to be shifted to specified area ear marked for the purpose.
Maintaining the conveyor area in Chipper house, free from dirt, dust and spilled wood chips in conveyor area of Chipper house silo to CMP: 511.31 and 511.33, Work includes maintaining the conveyor floors, including deck plates, floors and platforms, gratings, gravity take up areas etc free from dirt, dust & wood chips. During cleaning the roof and sides of all conveyor galleries shall also be cleaned. It should be free from dust, dirt and cob webs. The work is to be executed twice in a week or as instructed by EIC. The debris to be shifted to specified area ear marked for the purpose.
