Cable Laying: Providing & installation on hire main wiring with 1.1 KV grade Aluminium Conductor PVC / XLPE armoured cable of following sizes including laying in trench (at least 230 mm below ground) including dismantling the same and mending good the damages.(for 3 days).

Supplying & Drawing on Hire Basis Three Phase Dist Wiring With 4 x 10 Sqmm with Earth Wire (1x 4 ) Sqmm or its equivalent PVC copper wiring or its amp equivalent on the hire basis incl. dismantling the same per meter (for 3 days)

Supplying & Drawing on Hire Basis Single Phase Dist Wiring With 3X1.5 Sqmm with Earth Wire or its equivalent PVC copper wiring in suitable alkhathene pipe on the hire basis incl. dismantling the same . Avg Run 12mtr. (for 3 days)

Alkhathene Pipe:

Supplying & Laying 19mm alkathene pipe on hire basis and dismantling (for 3 days)

Switch Boards:

Supplying, Providing & installation 1 no. Seperate 6 amp plug and Switch with 150X100X65mm MS/TW switch Board on Hire basis and dismantaling the same.

Supplying, Providing & installation 1 no. Seperate 20 amp plug and Switch with 150X100X65mm MS/TW switch Board on Hire basis and dismantaling the same.

Supplying, Providing & installation on hire basis 2 no. 6 Amp. Switch & 2 nos. 6 Amp. 3 pin socket and 2 nos. 20 Amp. Switch and 2 nos. 20 Amp. 6 pin socket on 200X100X65mm MS/TW switch Board and dismantaling the same.

Light Fittings & Fixture:

Supplying, Providing & installation on hire basis 150-225 watt LED flood light fittings complete with bracket and clamps on the pole including dismantling incl. replacement of fused lamp (As per approved by E.I.C.) (for 3 days)

Supplying, Providing & installation single/twin LED fitting complete with tube, commercial type (4 ft) box type single / twin fitting on hire basis and dismantling the same (As per approved by E.I.C.) (for 3 days)

Supplying, Providing & installation on hire basis pendent light fittings with 18 watt LED lamp holder shade etc. complete including dismantling the same (for 3 days)

Supplying, Providing & installation on hire basis 240V, 1200 mm / 48" sweep ceiling fan with down rod as required & dismantling the same (for 3 days)

Supplying & providing on hire basis 240V A. C. 600 mm / 24" sweep Air Circulater and dismantling the same after the end of programme.(for upto 3 days)

Earthing: Providing & Earthing on hire basis with 50 mm dia GI pipe 2.5 to 3 mtrs. Long and 6/8 SWG GI wire with galvanized nuts and bolts washer etc. below ground level on hire basis and dismantling the same.

SILENT Diesel Generator Set:

Supply and Providing and connecting with existing electrical panel (with appropriate cable supplied by contractor on hire basis of 125 KVA, 3-phase Diesel Generator set and dismantling the same excluding fuel charges (for DCRC) (3 nos for 3 days)

Supply and Providing and connecting with existing electrical panel (with appropriate cable supplied by contractor on hire basis of 250 KVA, 3-phase Diesel Generator set and dismantling the same excluding fuel charges (for DCRC) (2 nos for 3 days)

Supply and Providing and connecting with existing electrical panel (with appropriate cable supplied by contractor on hire basis of 62.5 KVA, 3-phase Diesel Generator set and dismantling the same excluding fuel charges (for MOTOR VEHICLES CELL) (2 nos for 3 days)

Supply and Providing and connecting with existing electrical panel (with appropriate cable supplied by contractor on hire basis of 40 KVA, 3-phase Diesel Generator set and dismantling the same excluding fuel charges (for POLICE TAGGING) (2 nos for 3 days)

Supplying & pouring of H.S Diesel oil for the Hired DG set including handling cost to continue the uninterrupted power supply through the program and during that period of making temporary infrastructure on the venue.

Terms and Condition: All materials, Light fitting and fixture, Fans, Cable and Other Electrical accessories must be approved by EIC before execution of the work.

Man Power: Deployment of One no.Electrician & Oneno.Helper per shift per day (i.e.Total 3nos Electrician & 3 nos Helper per day for 24Hrs) for carring out all kind of EI maintenance & DG operation etc.(4 days)
