Feasibility Study and Preparation of a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the Optimum Utilization of 1) 7.05 Acres (more or less) Land of WBHB at Siliguri Satellite Township Project (SSTP), Jalpaiguri, Mouza – Binnaguri, JL No. 3, P.S. – Rajgunj, District – Jalpaiguri. & 2) 0.5476 Acres (33 Cottah)(more or less) Land of WBHB at Matigara, Mouza – Boromohan Singh, , JL No. 71, P.S. – Matigara, District – Darjeeling The Bidder shall quote a comprehensive lump-sum professional fee for execution of the entire scope of work for both the site 1) & 2) as mention in the EOI including and not restricted to the following: • baseline costs; • travel; • out-of-pocket expenses; • professional expenses; • site visits; • data collection; • report preparation; • and other expenses necessary for completion of the assignment, Rates shall be Quoted inclusive of applicable GST and other Taxes as applicable.
