Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete Type - D2 (1:4:8) (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, 100 mm thick (20 mm graded stone agg ) finishing cement concret surface even and smooth without using extra cement and making joints filling with bitumen sand mastic including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete rubber moulded coloured tiles 300mmx300mmx22mm thick, set,jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 20mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles including dismantling of existing tiles and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for heavy duty, exterior grade tile (Durastone of Somany/Endura of Jhonson or equivalent as approved by GE) of any size 10mm thick, as in floor (in trades, landing etc ), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with white cement and pigment laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) incl dismantling / demolition and rubbish off the primises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rubber moulded coloured (Red, Yellow & Black) precast concrete interlocking paver blocks with grey cement and pigment any shape and size, shade as approved by GE, 80mm thick conforming to IS 15658-2006 M-40 grade and interstices filled with sand including 25mm thick sand cushion and including dismantling of existing tiles and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and as directed. Dismantling and refixing existing machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size, polished 60mm thickness M-35 grade, laid over and including cement concrete 75mm thick type D-2, 1:4:8 (20mm graded aggregate) and sand cushion of 40mm thick , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Precast cement concrete block Type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) factory made as in Bed blocks,kerb stone etc with plain fair faces including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc.and setting in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling of existing kerb stones and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated concrete/ plastered surfaces of kerb stone and applying Two coat of plastic emulsion paint, white or coloured/tinted over one coat of primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of Old painted concrete/ plastered surfaces of kerb stone and applying One coat of plastic emulsion paint, white or coloured/tinted etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes in Soft/loose soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and raming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of post or struts ( wood ,steel, RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed surface.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F for steel roof truss ( Framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails,post and fastings and heavey bracket framing ( Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe- 410-W Gde E- 250 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc) sheets in roof coverings etc.

S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fix with self tapping screws as specified.

Dismantling fencing wiremesh, any type in any position and separating them the serviceable materials and removing the unserviceable wiremesh from work site as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note: supply only chain link fencing, MS 10mm dia round bars as line wire and MS flat iron shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

Supply only mild steel galvanised, chain link fencing of 50x50mm mesh size and 3mm dia wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts 5 to 10mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exc. 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel / iron gates area not exc 10 Sqm each including hold fasts and refixing the gates in the same opening including shifting and fixing of existing holdfast in plain Cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 after raising the gate level including greasing, including painting and other necessary minor repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub Class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 in any location, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Brickwork (Except) bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old serviceable brick retrieved shall be reused.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint at any height including necessary scaffolding, ladder & formork etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for prepaing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying wall care putty and two coats of oil bound distemper at any height including necessary scaffolding, ladder & formork etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of RCC Jallies/trellis work (Jafri), including taking as under of battens in trellis.complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Providing precast cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in louvres and jallies, 40 mm thick and Set in Cement Mortar 1:6 and applying two coat of Cement base paint including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of bricks (laid flat or on edge) in channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) laid, bedded, jointed and pointed in cement mortar complete.

M&L for brick Subclass `B' laid on wall/ side of drain using old size of brick bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as dierected.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in bed block benching, rounded or chamferred on edges, coping on edging of drain etc including necessary form work wherever required all complete as specified and as directed.

M&L for excavation/desludging/desilting as in liquid/dry mud/foul conditions of any depth and cross section width 0.50m to 1.20m getting out from existing drain and cleaning the shrubs/grass from sides of drain including removing existing RCC cover slab of any size and thickness and resetting in the same position and removing the sludge outside the defence land in covered container complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 Cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement etc.

Raking out joints/ pointing to brick work in walls or to bricks on edge/flat and side of channels but in cement mortar all as directed.

M&L for Flush pointing to bricks laid flat or side in cement mortar (1:4) as in drain/channel as all specified and as directed.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 24,500.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
