and the Scope of Work in the Bidding documents issued under Enquiry No.

BCP-1707/2026-27 for Availing Services of 26 Nos. of Drivers for Transport Section, including any knowledged, addendum/ amendments(if any),the receipt of which is hereby duly acknowledged, we the undersigned, hereby submit the fully completed Bid Documents, which includes the a) EMD, b) Qualifying requirements c) Technical and Commercial details, and d) Price Bid in KPP portal, for the said Materials/ Services.

We hereby agree to supply the materials in confirmity with the technical specification enumerated in the Bidding Documents, for the sum stated and quoted in the Bid or such other sums as may be ascertained in accordance We undertake, if our Bid is accepted, to execute the contract with in the stipulated time with the Schedule of Prices attached herewith and made part of the Bid.

We note that the prices offered are (as per the Bid stipulation) FIRM through out the period of contract including extended period if any as per the commercial terms and conditions. We agree to keep this Bid valid for a period of 180 days from the date fixed for Bid opening and it shall remain binding upon us and may be accepted at any time before expiration of that period. Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies as per Companies Act 1956/2013 along with Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Company. ii. Declaration from Directors of the Company in MBP-1 Form stating that they are not disqualified to be a Director of the Company along with the list of Companies in which they are Directors as on the date of inviting tender (s). b) i. Certification of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies as per LLP Act 2008. ii. Limited Liability Partnership Agreement of LLP. c) i. Partnership Deed, GST Registration certificate. ii. 3 The Bidder should have obtained orders for having provided at least 80% of the tendered quantity of Drivers for Light/Heavy Vehicles to reputed organizations like Govt/DISCOMs & PSUs, in any one of the last three years i.e., 2023-24 ,2024-25 & 2025-26 as on the date of opening of the bid. Documents to beuploaded: Purchase Order along with Order completion copies placed by like Govt./DISCOMs & PSUs, shall be uploaded. The Bidder shall upload the relevant document against the QR

4 The Bidder should furnish the performance certificate issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/DGM or equivalent officer of the concerned departments for having provided manpower services for at least 80% of the tendered quantity in any one of the last three years i.e., 2022-23 , 2023-24 & 2024-25 and provided services for satisfactory operation for one year as on the date of bid opening. Documents to the uploaded: The performance certificates issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/DGM or equivalent officer of the concerned departments shall be furnished, failing which the offer will be disqualified. 5 The Bidder shall have PF, ESI, Insurance, GST Certificate, Workmen Compensation Act and Factory Act Registration with the Competent Authority and proof of such Registration shall be enclosed along with the bid. 6 The Annual Financial Turnover of the Bidder shall be equivalent to Amount Put to Tender in any three preceding years 2022-23,2023-24 and 2024-25. 7 The Liquid Assets as on last date of previous month of tender inviting date or at a later date before submission of the bid consisting of Cash at Bank + Term Deposits + availability of fund based credit facilities in any Nationalized/scheduled Bank shall not be less than 25% of the amount put to tender. Documents to the uploaded: The cash at Bank, Bank Deposits and availability of fund based credit facilities shall be supported by a certificate issued by Nationalized/ Scheduled Bank shall be uploaded. If the Bidder has banking with more than one Bank, then the available balance liquid assets mentioned above on a particular date i.e., as on the last date of previous month of tender inviting date or any date before submission of tender shall be the same date and time for all the banks. 9 Litigation History: The Bidder should provide detailed information on any litigation or arbitration arising out of contracts completed or under execution by it over the preceding five years, a consistent history of awards involving litigation against the Bidder or any partner may result in rejection of Bid.
