Demolition of cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) completed all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling Prelaminated particle, board, exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice laminations & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and directed

Taking out old serviceable glass of any description, from old wooden or metal frames, or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, any thickness or size; hacking out old putty or removing beads etc. including making good breakages in taking out and handing removing to store or stacking for reuse complete all as specified and directed .

M & L Dismanling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for . Rate inclusive of scaffoldings for working platform at any height above GL complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling Old Aluminium partition with door etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub floor under tiles, all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M/L 10 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 as backing coat for receiving finishes as skirting /dado.complete all as specified and directed

S & F coloured Non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square /Rectangular ) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm and n.exc 0.38 sqm ,in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match with the shade of the tiles all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per above item No.12 but skirting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Demolition of brick or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone works and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed

Forming jambs, etc., to openings (to foregoing item), including cutting, toothing and properly bonding into old work, also facing, jointing and pointing to match existing work, complete in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for flat rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for reinforced cement Concrete Type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length or bent to shape required cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incluidng mild steel wire (anealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality confirming complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
