Anterior Cervical Plating System Non Variable Angle Screws System. * Profile of the plate must be 1.8-2mm 2 • 5 * Width of the plate should be 16-17.5mm * Must be commercial pure medical grade titanium * Must have convergence of 30 degree * Cranial screw angulation must be 6 degree * Screw must be available from 12mm to 18mm length, self tapping and self drilling options * The system must have the option for fixed and variable angle screw guide which may work as plate holder too. * Locking mechanism of the screw must be on mono cortical with locking head expansion screw mechanism/ one step locking with ELGILOY clip The plate must be available in following sizes

a)      Cervical Plate Level – 1st

b)      Cervical Plate Level – 2nd

c)       Cervical Plate Level – 3rd

d)                Cervical Plate Level – 4th

Variable angle Screw System * A single plate must provide the option of rigid, toggling and hybrid construct. * The cephalad/caudal angulation must be of approx. 28 degree. With 8degree of. offset * The Lateral/Medial angulation range must be of 14 degree with 7 degree of offset. * Locking mechanism of the screw must be one step locking with ELGILOY CLIP Should block the screws from coming out. * The plate must be 1.8 -2.5mm in thickness and 16-17.5 mm in width * The core diameter of the screws must be 3mm with outer diameter being 4.0mm and 4.5mm and self drilling "* The plates must be available in following sizes: one level plates 22.6_34.6 mm, Two level plates 36.6 54.6mm three level plates 53.6_77.6mm and four level plates" The plate us be available in folowing sizes
