Disposal of malwa of floor and walls of lift shaft doors of elevator and cleaning of lift pit and clear the pit as per given drawing. Disposal of malba upto 50 Mtr.
Machine Room:- Providing and fixing Load hooks inside head room as per GDA of lift using 20mm solid steel bars by threading their heads and installed over 8mm thick solid MS plates of size 300x300mm with chemical grouting for lift machine installation.
Doors and Pit: Alteration of doors cutting of existing granite stone(wall and Jem of shaft) as per required dimension and dismentling of concrete wall and plater the surface of lift elevator, also cutting of steel bars and clear the surface for installation of lift doors as per GAD of elevator.Cement Cconcrete of 50mm on every door bottom below the stone for lift door fastener grouting with white wash inside the shaft as per requirment. Making foundation of buffer block inside pit after lift centered dimension by lift installation engineer.
Shuttering and Scaffolding for the work.
Providing and fixing architrave work (Granite) over front wall of lift elevation.
