Notes: 1. Before quoting, the bidder shall visit the site and make himself familiar with the site, nature, conditions and quantum / scope of work involved. You may contact Head, Construction & Engineering Services Group, AMD HQ Begumpet (Contact No: 040-27776 224/ 246) for site visit. 2. The rates quoted shall include cost of all materials, labour, ladders, transportation, hoisting, tools, tackles & installation including all taxes (except EPF &ESI) and other charges if any. No extra payment over and above the rate quoted shall be made to the contractor in this respect. 3. The workers employed for the work shall strictly follow all safety measures as stated in safety code of this tender and also as per DAE safety code. 4.The Contractor shall adhere to the provisions of applicable labour laws such as Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970, Minimum Wages Act, 1948, Employees State Insurance Act, Equal Remuneration Act, 1970 and rules made there under. 5.Contractor has to pay minimum wages, EPF & ESI to the manpower deployed for the work as per state/ central government orders issued from time to time. The actual amount paid towards EPF & ESI shall be reimbursed to him by the Department after satisfying that it has been actually and genuinely paid by the contractor. The bidder should not consider EPF & ESIC in his rates. 6. The contractor shall ensure that all the persons executing the electricalwork have valid electrical license.

Dismantling of existing 63A SFU, HRC fuses & connecting wires from the existing outgoing partition of electrical distribution panel and modification of the same for fixing of 100A 25KA MCCB as a group control, 3Nos of 40 A MCB for individual phase control & 18Nos 16A/25A MCB for outgoing circuit controls by cutting, welding, drilling holes, fixing of sheets using screws/ nuts, providing din rail etc complete as per the instructions & directions of EIC.

Dismantling of existing old AC TPN DB at 3rd floor of A-Block including removal of incoming cables (4cX16Sq.mm Al armoured cable), outgoing Al wires & earthing etc complete as per the instructions & directions of EIC.

Supplying, drawing & connecting 4Nos X 10 Sq.mm FR/ FRLS PVC Copper wire in electrical distribution panel from Bus bar to MCCB and MCCB to group control RCCB/MCB of individual phases including lugs for interconnection complete as per the instructions and directions of EIC.

Providing and fixing 100A rating, 25/30kA breaking capacity and four pole MCCB (along with vary depth rotary handle) with thermomagnetic release in existing cubicle panel board including vary depth rotary handle, terminal spreders, drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 4 way (4 + 12), Double door, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/ RCCB/ Isolator)

Supplying and fixing of 63A, four pole, 415 V, MCB, C-curve in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following rating, double pole, (single phase and neutral), 240 V, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current 30 mA in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, SP, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 20 A, 240 V, SPN Industrial type socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 20 A "C" curve, SP, MCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of heavy duty PVC Casing Caping, ISI marked along with accessories in surface as required complete as per the instructions and directions of EIC.

Supplying and fixing of 20mm medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supply, installation and testing of 50W LED flood light fitting with suitable LED driver, luminous efficacy- 100 Lm/W, IP 65 (minimum protection), cool white, Aluminium die casting housing, 4KV inbuilt surge protection complete with all accessories on the wall top, connections, earthing etc. including cost of materals, labour, tools & plants, ladders, taxes etc as per the specifications, instructions and directions of E-I-C. The light fitting shall be got approved by the Department prior to installation. Light shall have a minimum warranty of 3 years.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminum lugs for 4CX16 Sq.mm PVC insulated & PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1KV grade as required.

Rewinding of Electric motor up to and including 7.5HP, 3 Phase up to 1400 RPM of all types and makes with copper wire including minor repairs, lubrication of ball bearings, bush bearings and replacing condeser, screws etc testing of motor for original speed.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 1250A, 4 Pole, 415, 50 Hz, AC-23A front operated onload change over switch in open execution confirming to relevant IS/ IEC standards along with necessary extended shaft & other accessories in complete after dismantling of the existing 1250A, 4 Pole, HPL Socomec onload change over switch. The new on load changeover switch shall be suitable for fitting without major modifications in the existing electrical panel. The work includes removal & reconnecting of all cable connections/ bus bar connections to switch, minor fabrication works for proper fixing of new changeover switch, testing & commissioning etc complete as per the instructions & directions of E-I-C.
