Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 meters including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres etc complete in all respect as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of H.G stone screening / binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 404 of MoSRT&H specifications including cost, conveyance, royalty, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Grading No.-3 with Stone screening

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means for low porosity surface including cost, conveyance, royalty & all other taxes of materials, labour charges, T&P etc, required for the work complete as per clause 502 of MoRT&H specification and direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm using emulsion pressure distributor on the prepared Bituminous surface treated with primer using mechanical means including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying Semidense bituminous Concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of 13mm nominal size (grading-I) premixed with bituminous binder of VG-30 of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to site, lying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the require grade ,lavel & allingiment ,rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory & tendem rollers to achive the desire compaction as per cluse 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road & bridge works (4th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials & labour charges T&P etc required for the work complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

Dismantling and removing cement concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead etc complete in all respect as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation trenches and plinth with sand, well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 15cm in depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) using 40mm. Size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry using ordinary Portland cement (OPC), screened and washed sharp sand for mortar including lowering, laying and compacting concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm.thick, watering and curing, including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, all labour sundries and T&P required for the work, including shoring, shuttering, dewatering if required including hire and running charges of all machineries etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion and construction joints, applying sealant, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
