Observed Data Collection of sub-grade soil sample at 500m interval carefully by excavating pit of area 1.0*0.6m through overlying bituminous and granular layer or from subgrade of formation area as directed by the engineer in charge for laboratory test and filling back and compacting the excavated pit to lines and levels with excavated materials as directed by the departmental officer at site.
Observed Data Conducting Soil Classification test, Standard Proctor Test,and CBR test as per the IS Code guidelines and making report of one soil sample
Observed Data Conducting one Benkelman Beam Deflection test consisting of taking deflection at 10points at 50m interval on one km stretch according to specification given in 81-1997, number of test conducted is as directed by the engineer in charge- conducting laboratory test to get moisture content and soil classification as per IS standards - For arranging equipment for testing 1km test taking one and half hour - Calculating Charecteristic deflection of one test from one test data obtained from part 1 ( one test data means comprising of taking deflecton at 10 points at 50m interval in 1km stretch according to the specification given in IRC81-1997) and submitting in hard and soft copy. (Locations shall be fixed by the departmental officials)
Observed Data Study of pavement composition by cutting open pit at tar edge to get the details of layers (thickness and type ) of pavement composition - at one location as suggested by the engineer in charge carefully by excavating pit of area 1.00x 0.60m through overlaying bituminous and granular layer including BC, DBM/BM, WMM and GSB at tar edge and refilling and compacting the excavated pit to lines and levels with excavated materials as directed by the departmental officers at site and reporting the pavement composition with photographs and measurements specifying the type of layers
56.12.b: Total Station Surveying for taking detailing in heavily built up area or in roads with heavy traffic or in thick vegetation for taking ID points of roads centre, road edges, kerbs, drain, compound wall, electric post, trees, CD works, RoW, Gail pipeline bounndary , Establishing GPS Bench mark, Boundary stone fixed for land acquisition, Central line of road, Buildings Monuments,Religious structures at an average of 1 per 10m2 etc for a land width as specified including providing necessaryroad flags, temporary barricade and caution board etc including all necessary traffic safety measures and processing, preparation of drawings in AUTOCAD with various details in different layers and submission of finished drawings with x, y, z coordinates ensuring all objects, break lines and spot levels, topographic survey data for creation of DTM of the surveyed corridor compactible with road design softwares like MX ROAD, AUTOCADCIVIL 3D, submission of detailed survey data in MS EXCEL. dxf, .sdr format - and all other relevant data in hard copy and soft copy and as directed by the engineer at site.

56.3.b.1: Boring with rotary power drilling equipment's in - all types of soil having N value less than 50 excluding hard rock, soft rock or medium rock for strata next 10m and upto a depth of 20m including conducting necessary S.P.T and recovery of undisturbed soil samples at 5m intervals.
56.5.a: Boring through all classes of rock excluding hard rocks having N value greater than 50 using tungsten carbide drilling bit
56.7: Conducting standard penetration test in bore hole at any depth.
56.8: Recovering disturbed samples and preserving the same in air tight sample containers including waxing labelling packing storing including cost of containers as per IS Code.
56.6: Recovering undisturbed soil samples using thin tube sampler of 75mm.to 100mm length internal dia 500mm length conforming to relevant IS Code at any required depth including clearing the bore hole etc complete.(at every 3 m interval) (Undisturbed soil samples (UDS) shall be obtained at every 3.0 m interval starting from 1.0 m in all type of soil along the bore depth up to SPT 'N' values of less than 50. Sampler shall be 75 mm/100 mm internal diameter and generally 450 mm long. Thin walled open drive sampler shall be used in cohesive strata. This sampler shall be made of seamless steel. Sampling shall be done as soon as possible after the clean-out operation. Area ratio of the sample must restrict to 20% for stiff formations & 10% or less for soft sensitive clays as per IS 1892-1979.)
56.11.a: Compilation of all field data with recommendation for a suitable foundation after conducting necessary lab test (report in triplicate) Machine boring for 5 bore holes.
