Earth Work in excavation by mannual means in trenches for foundation, drains, pipes, cables etc.(not exceeding 1.50mtr in width) and for shafts, wells cespits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, depth upto 1.50 mtr including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth is to be levelled and neatly dressed in.All kind of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications including spreading in uniform thickness, hand picking , rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller 8-10 tonne in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15 degree landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for RCC work incl straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete with TMT bars

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand : 6graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) over 75mm bed by dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth

Centring and shuttering including strutting, ropping etc. and removal of form for Centring and Shuttering for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

Providing and fixing upto floor five level precast cement concrete solid block including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), cost of required centring, shuttering and finishing smooth with 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) on exposed surfaces complete. 1:2:4 ( 1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Structural steel work in single section fixed with or without connecting plate including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer manufacture to give an even shade

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including basecoat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm).

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows alll complete. With 4.0 mm thick glass panes.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work
