Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : NOTE: All fitting works shall be carried out as per I.S specifications including necessary rivets, screws, lugs, scaffolding, etc., complete all generally as per drawings. The sizes of the components should confirm as per details in drawings. The cost also included for sliding arrrangements including locking arrangements of sliding window. For fixed portion Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing of frame work (Styles and rails) for Doors shuters / window shutters with required sections including providing all items and hinged / pivoted arrangements for operation of shutters and cost for fixing of sliding arrangements etc., complete. (Aluminium beadings and glazing clips measured under this item only). For the detail specifican, you will cansider the spefication of item number 2.

Providing and fixing silicon sealant at the joint of aluminum and plaster of size 5 mm x 5 mm in triangle shape to make the surface water leakage proof at periphery of window from inside and outside both etc., as directed by EIC.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Structural steel work for base plates, gussets plates, stiffeners, connecting plates etc including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

P/F 50 MM PUF insulated Panel with flat Ribbed sheet at top and bottom side 0.45 mm TCT color Coated GI Sheet with PUF as Insulation Sandwich Panel in between including closing of all the ends of PUF using appropriate GI sheet of required size and shape, the panel should be manufactured by pressure injection of CFC free Polyurethane foam at 38 + 2 Kg/m3 density, in between the outer and inner steel sheet surfaces and should be supplied in single length up to 6.00 meter or as desired by Engineer in charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self-drilling/self-tapping screws of size (5.5 x required length) with EPDM seal, silicon sealant at joints complete up to any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trussed and including cutting to size and shape wherever required including all materials labour, scaffolding, wastage, tools, tackles, equipment, transportation all complete as directed by engineer-in-charge. All overlaps shall be sealed with silicon sealants. Roof should be water tight. The PPGI Sheets shall be of minimum 240 MPA Steel grade & shall have a Zinc Coating of minimum 120 GSM as per IS 277/1992, 5-7 Microns of epoxy primer on both sides of the Sheet & Polyester top Coat of 18-20 microns on one side/outer side. The PPGI Sheets/PUF Panels shall have a protective guard film of minimum 20-25 microns to avoid scratches to finished panel during transportation.

Providing and fixing of full threaded Anchor fastner rod- M10 x 115 (Material-Carbon steel of grade C 4.8 or above and Zinc plated ) with Epoxy resin anchor grout chemical (for RCC-High loading capacity, Non corrosive for rebar element, , Approved by European technical assessment, Fire resistance) and for Brick Masonary- (Fire resistance and high corrosion resistance) including drilling in R.C.C. etc., for all height and levels etc., The installation and the setting instructions of anchor fastner and chemica should be strictly followed as per the manufacturer’s recommendations. Complete all as instructed and directed by Engineer-in-charge. The Payment shall be made on the actual quantity of bolts fixed at the site.

Providing and fixing compact sheet of 5 mm thickness and approved shade of Make “Sundek, bloom, Bakelite, century or equivalent” inside wooden/Aluminimum partition / door etc; complete all as per approved drawing, colour, design & direction by Engineer-in-charge. The finished size of the panel shall be measured and paid. The cut edges of the compact sheet shall be provided with masking tape.
