Note:- (a) Rewinding, replacement of unserviceable parts such as bearing, GM bush, capacitor shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (b) Contractor’s quoted rates is deemed to include for inspection/ checking the serviceability of the fans in position or by taking down as per site requirement, removing the damaged unserviceable/ broken parts, fixing the new parts as required, fixing the fans in same position or the other, connecting the fan with electric source and testing complete.

M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan motor with appropriate size super enameled copper wire including insulating material such as illuminous paper, letherized paper, cotton tape, glass sleeving, insulating varnish, etc. connecting to electric source and testing on full load to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Taking down & refixing of ceiling fan after winding, painting and replacement of bearing, bush, capacitor etc. will be measured & paid separately.

This include visit of the technician of ion excahnge every month in any working days and look the performance, back wash the filter at regular intervals, check the anti scalant and add the chemical as required,cleaning of sediementation filter, cleaning of cartridge and membrane, check of control panel and system pressure and RO element for proper operation of the system, seting the PH, TDS of water at permissible level including testing of water after repair of RO plant complete the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

(a) Defective major components/ spares if required to be replaced shall be measured and paid as supply only under respective Item Nos. 125 to 137 here-in-after and labour element included in this item for replacement. (b) The rate quoted by the tenderer includes cost of maint/ servicing of above said each plant ones in a month visits and emergency callout as when required till the date of completion of work. Repair to submersible pumping set capacity 25 HP, 440 V, 3 Phase discharged 510 LPM at 123 Metre head consisting of following:- Opening of submersible motor and cutting to burnt winding and cleaning to slots by cleaning and repairs to damage starter etc, rewinding to submersible motor with suitable size of superior quality copper winding wire insulating materials all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Replacement of thrust bearing – 01 No. (b) Replacement of bush . (c) Re-assembling and transporting to Pump House, lowering pump and testing complete. Cleaning of RCC overhead reservoir of capacity 50000 Gallons at 20 metre staging, by draining out storage water completely with mud pump or throwing out manually with buckets and cleaning of inner surface of bottom and walls of tank by removing complete accumulated sludge/ mud, dirt etc. with wire brush and finally washing with fresh water and disinfecting the reservoir with 2% solution of potassium permaganate including writing date of cleaning with white synthetic enamel paint and removing sludge scale mud etc to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of old u/s LT panel sliding door lock chromium plated or as per existing sample complete all as specified and as directed.

Comprehensive maintenance/ servicing of existing RMU's SF 6, 3 phase, 11 KV, 630/ 400 Amps by authorised dealer only. The scope of work includes:- (a) Calibration of metering system, checking, setting, adjustment of over current relay, earth fault and tripping relay complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. The contractor should immediately approach mechanic of authorised dealer as soon as fault occurs/ resetting required. (b) Checking of all incoming and outgoing HT Terminals for any looseness and ensuring the proper tightness for all terminals. (c) Checking the nominsl operating gas presssure as per manufactures standard of RMU and testing for any leakage of insulation gas and rectify the same if found. (d) Operating gas pressure should be suitable to satisfy the rated dielectric strength. (e) Testing for CT's, PT's, relays, breakers and cable glands. (f) Anti oxide greasing should be done at all connections of cable and bus bars.

Note:- (i) The contractor should ensure the proper functioning of RMU's and should approach with authorised dealer for carrying of servicing of breaker periodically and when fault/ breakdown occurs. (ii) Contractor shall produce all purchase voucher and test certificate before submitting the RAR. (iii) The contractor will be responsible for serviceability of RMU's for the entire contract period (iv) Unserviceable Spare Part will be paid and measured separately under respective items of schedule.

Servicing of transformer upto 500 KVA/ 250 KVA at carrying out insulation resistant test (HT-LT,HT-E & LT-E), BDV of Oil (top & bottom sample), filtration & topping up of oil, test, quaterly resistance check of earth pits, arresting of leakage by proper tightening of terminals and joints, replacement of loose or burnt out gasket and proper sealing of valves etc as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes:- (i)The cost involved for oil filtration and topping with new mineral oil will be measured and paid separately. (ii) The contractor should produce all testing certificates immediately after testing. Moreover testing should be carried out by authorized OEM only. (iii) The contracted labour manning the substation should immediately inform any oil leakage, change in colour of silica gel, level down of oil in conservator etc.

Dehydration/ filtration of transformer oil of transformers, of various capacities installed in different locations under GE (AF) Chiloda, by recirculation existing transformer oil with trolley mounted filtration plant till dielectric strength is up to 40 KV to 50 KV. Note:- Quoted rates shall be deem to include for following:- (i) Contractor shall be submite the recorded test results before and after filtration of oil. (ii) Contractor should make his own arrangement for oil filtration plant including transportation complete. (iii) The contractor solely responsible for any damage to the transformer during filtration operations. He is responsible for making good any damage to the transformer at his own cost without any extra cost to the department. (iv) The contractor shall ensure that the conservator tanks are full to its level before starting the dehydration.

Supply, filling and topping up the transformer/ voltage stabilizer with dielectric strength 50 KV new transformer oil duly filtered with filtration plant complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) The transformer oil shall be type EHV confirming to IS : 3357 of 1983.

Replacement of old u/s rubber mat with the new rubber mat suitable for LT panel of size 2mx1mx15mm thick, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note:- (i) Defective major components/ spares if required shall be measured as Supply only under respective items here-in-after and labour element included in this item for replacement. (ii) All the repair carried out at the concern installation or if required in worksshop and spare parts as under will be replaced as required as per cat part or as per existing sample to shoot the equipment for smooth functioning.
