4.1.8 : Providing and laying in position Cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 nominal size). Cement make: Use Malabar cement only as per Govt. direction and in case of non availabilty of Malabar cement use Ultra Tech, Dalmia, Ramco or eq. brand in the order of preference.

5.22.6 : Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth levelThermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. Make: Tata,Vaishak, SAIL, JSW or eq primary make in the order of preference. Testing strength and quality of steel at Govt labs as per IS.

5.1.2 : Providing and laying in position specified grade of Reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level:1:1:5:3 (1 cement 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size. Assessment of strength of concrete by Cube testing in Govt. labs as per IS.

5.9.1 : Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc for mass concrete. (Centering and shuttering for different category of work may be considered separately.)

5.9.21 : Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers with water proofply 12 mm thick.

11.41.2 : Providing and laying Vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm. Make: Khajaria, Johnson, RAK, NITCO, Cera or eq. in the order of pref and prior sample approval from KEL/client.

16.68 : Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M - 30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. The strength of the paver block may be tested at Govt Lab as per IS.

4.1.6 : Providing and laying in position Cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

4.3.2 : Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:Retaining walls, return walls, (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

7.2.1 : Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like.Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)
