Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep in loose / soft soil and getting out for under ground cable / erection of poles/laying of pipes, stays etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling, including spreading levelling , watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers n.exc 25cm thick in trenches after cable have been laid complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated surplus soil obtained from excavation to a distance n.exc 100 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L sand cushioning for cable with river washed clean dry sharp sand and punning to provide required cover as per SSR Part – I complete all as directed. Note: Punned thickness of sand layer shall be measured and paid for.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class precast concrete cable cover, class LV,Type1 with Flat, size 250mm x 150 mm x 40 mm for cable protection complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour well burnt old size sub Class ‘B’ bricks, laid flat, in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foot paths in any thickness as required at site, finishing surface smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying, connecting and testing XLPE underground cable insulated, and overall sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade 25 sqmm 4.0 core laid in trenches/ on poles/ road crossing or passing through existing/new pipe under road crossing, clamping on wall etc. Note: (i) Earth work, sand, bricks , removing, returning filling Aluminium thimbles/lugs will be paid separately. (ii) Cost of laying electrical cable through new/existing pipe under road, buildings, railway tracks, highways are incl in the quoted rates. (iii) All equipments , machinery or tools if required for laying electrical cable through new/existing pipes are provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

Supply & fixing shock proof rust proof fire retradrant non transparent Kiosks pole box of size 310x210x120mm made of engineering plastic on piece moulding, for out door type heavy duty, with four nos of insulated alunminium bus bar of 60 amps capacity mounted on unbreakable insulators 10A MCB SP and complete with aluminium lugs of suitable size upto 50 sq mm including 02 Nos 40x3mm FI clamps nut bolts washer etc and duly painted both side with two coats of synthetic enemel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. S & F Automatic street light control with infrared sensor based NATRURE SWITCH and VOLTAGE MONITORING SYSTEM (VMS) . Three phase load of 8 KW for automatic switching of street lights. Nature switch operation should be based on Natural light Lux level . Required illuminance level for switching ON is < 30 Lux and for switching OFF < 10 Lux. The sensoe should also have part night operation facility of min.4 hrs to max 12 hrs. Notes For Sr item No. 38.00 to 42.00- (i) The quoted rate shall include minor items such as lugs, nuts & bolts, washers, top insulators, sleeves, provision of extra holes in bus bar etc. (ii) All internal wiring shall be done with suitable size of PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable conforming to IS-694. (iii) Panel drawing shall be got approved before placing of order from Engr-in-Charge/GE. (iv) The bus connection for cable from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB will be connected through suitable rating bus bar strip type duly insulated. (v) Cable will be entered in panles through gland. (vi) Cost of marking description and matter on the front door as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge is incl in quoted rate. (vii) The MCCBs incorporated in these items shall be adjustable type in both Overload and short circuit setting.

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable any size and any type from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc complete all as directed by Engr-in charge. Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately here in before.

Note :- Amount of credit of Rs. 21500.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit mentioned in tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
