Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Dry random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth Without bond stone

Hand packing of stone behind R Wall including supply of stones

Centring and shuttering including strutting,propping etc and removal of form work. Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string course fillets, kerbs andsteps etc

Carriage of material with in avg. Lead from source to site of work: Sand 10 KM by M.T

Carriage of material with in avg. Lead from source to site of work: : Agg Below 40 mm by 35 KM by M.T
