WORK OF EARTHING OF SUSPENSION TOWERS AT VARIOUS LOCATION OF 220 KV D/C LILO OF MORADABAD-NEHTAUR-AMROHA (UPTO LILO POINT) LINE, UNDER ETD AMROHA (Note- All required material (Galvanized steel pipe & Earthing strip, coke, salt & nut, bolts etc.), Labour and T&P shall be arranged by the contractor.

Digging the pit of size 50x50x60 cms. in mix soil then making a hole of dia of 30 cm and depth 300 cm by using auger in earth for placing galvanized steel pipe of size ID 34 mm., OD 38 mm. & 3.00 mtr. long into the hole & rest hole filling with common salt and charcoal powder mixture. Digging of 500x600 mm. trench from tower foundation chimney to earthing electrode and set right G.I. pipe strip (3 Mtr. Length) and tightening of G.I. strip with tower stubs and Earthing electrode with GI nuts and bolts & washer & Chamfering of thread at tower and earthing Electrode and back filling of earth in the trench pit. Tower No: 12,13,14,16,19,20,22,23,24,26,28,30, 33,37, 43, 48, 54, 55,58,61,66 & 67.
