Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood ,trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge.All kinds of soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Supplying and stacking of soil suitable for filling at site (to be brought from outside and got approved) including transportation and stacking at site as per the direction of Engineer In Charge.

Spreading, levelling and consolidation of brought out earth in layers not exceeding 20 cms in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering with vibro roller of 8 Ton - 12 Ton lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m. complete including preparation of the surface.filling in plinth, around building and other low lying areas of the site, spreading and leveling to the required grade/level in layers not exc. 20 cms In depth, breaking clods, watering and consolidated under optimum moisture conditions each layer of earth shall be carefully moisture to give field moisture content of about +1% to -2% of the optimum moisture content (OMC). The OMC shall be determined according to IS 2720 (Pt.VIII) Methods of Tests for Soils. Each layer shall then be compacted by rolling with suitable vibratory roller or Earth compacter and a sheep foot roller if required. The required amount of water shall be added during consolidation to keep the moisture content of the soil at the optimum as per test. The density to be achieved for each layer of the material shall not be less than 95% of the density obtained in the laboratory (Proctor Method), including conducting field test for moisture content and compaction etc., complete. (Note: The quantity of earth supplied and filled shall be computed by taking initial levels of the ground and final levels of the compacted fill and Any lead involved within the site in bringing the excavated earth for filling is not payable).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size de rived from natural sources)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. (Basic Rate of Steel: Rs. 65.00 per Kg)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc.and removalof form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) finished with a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand).

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content.With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Supplying of LT power cable with Aluminium conductor, XLPE/PVC insulated, PVC inner sheathed galvanished steel armoured overall PVC sheathed, armoured, 1.1KV grade (A2XFY), confirming IS:7098(part-1) with relevant standards having 3.5Core X 50 Sq mm as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3½ X 50 sq. mm (35mm)

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. Group-C

Supplying and fixing of 36-Watt LED Tubelight Starbright compact 4 ft LED wall Tubelight, Make : Philips or equivalent make.

Supplying and fixing following modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required. 6 pin 15/16 amp socket outlet.

Supplying and fixing following modular switch on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required. 15/16 amp switch

Supplying and fixing following size/ modules, GI box alongwith modular base & cover plate for modular switches in recess including associated civil works etc., as required. 12 module (200mm x 150mm)

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit with acessories as required. copper wire 2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm for earthing.

Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator) 6 way (4 + 18), Double door.

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Single pole.

Supplying of all the required materials of approved make to construct a maintenance free chemical earthing system . Each set of earthing pit shall consists of a copper bonded solid steel rod electrode of 17.2mm dia x 3.0mtr length with required quantity of nontoxic electrically conductive concrete/backfill compound, Copper/brass termination busbar & bolt-nuts, washers etc. The work includes drilling/making a hole of 200mm dia in the ground to required depth by manual or mechanized method, keeping the electrode in the centre of the pit, filling the already prepared semi solid paste/slurry of backfill concrete/compound fully & curing, all the civil works such as excavation, refilling, construction of brick chamber, RCC cover, curring etc. The complete work shall be carried out as per our drawing and manufacturers instructions/ mannuals or as per standard. Note: The earth enhancing compound/concrete shall be of low resistivity conforming to IEC 62561-7 standard. (Makes: Erico/ Loress/ Indelec/ JMV/ LPI/ Ashlok).

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm).

Providing/supplying and fixing of FN 63A TP&N disconnector fuse switch unit along with enclosure box with ISI marked HRC fuses including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. 25 mm size.
