Dismantling concertina coil 600/ 700/ 900/ 1050mm dia having 50-53 turns and approximate weight of 8.50-15Kg stretched to cover a distance of 5-7 running metre from existing mild steel fencing post complete all as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as directed.

Materials and labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete including demolition of existing unreiforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for, plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work and demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

Material and labour for, extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial item No.10.00 here-in-before but add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm.

Supply and fix in repairs for, stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only barbed wire, galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm specings, comlete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified.

Supply only galvanised steel concertina coil 1050mm dia having 50-53 turns and approximate weight 15 Kg +5% and suitable to be stretched to cover a distance of 5-7 running metre, complete all as specified.

Fixing only galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., complete all as specified. Note: (i) Each line wire will be measured. (ii) Supply of barbed wire and steel will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified. Note: Supply of chain link fencing and wire will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item.

Fixing only, galvanised steel concertina coil 1050 mm dia having 50-53 turns and approximate weight 15 Kg + 5% and suitable to be stretched to cover a distance of 5-7 running metre, complete all as directed. Note:- (i) Overall length as laid will be measured. (ii) Supply of concertina coil will be measured and paid seperately. (iii) Work will be carried out from outside of periphery of station.

Material and labour for mild steel works, hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, diameter of shank 11 to 15mm, length of bolt exc. 5cm but n.exc.10cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for mild steel round bars Gde-I, IS 432 (Part-I), 10mm dia, cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and securing to fencing post as in stiffners to GI chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks laid flat, old size brick, as in drain, bedded and jointed in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) complete including dismantling bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial item No.23 here-in-before but except brick (Old bricks obtained from obtained from dismantled of brick work shall be used)

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks laid on edge, old size brick, as in drain, bedded and jointed in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) complete including dismantling bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) complete all as specified and directed.

Raking out joints/ pointing to brick work in walls or to bricks laid flat in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc. including flush pointing to brick laid flat in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for rendering 15mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for rendering 15mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including preparing new surafces and appying three coats of white wash including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm, complete all as specified and directed. Notes: Painting shall be done in camouflage pattern as per existing shade(s) and pattern(s). (ii) The contractor shall furnish guarantee for the exterior acrylic emulsion paint and shall be responsible for effectiveness of the UV resistance, alkali & fungal resistance and dirt resistance of the painted areas during the guarantee period.

Material and labour for, preparation of surface on walls and applying one coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm, complete all as specified and directed. Notes: Painting shall be done in camouflage pattern as per existing shade(s) and pattern(s). Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of aluminium paint (ordinary tint) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces of any description, not exc.10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old rusted steel or iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing existing fine aggregate (sand) to distance not exceeding 50 metres from front side of range and deposit and cleaning where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as directed.

Screening of fine aggregate (sand) on the site of work when specially ordered including removing screened materials clear of screen and stacking in separate heaps for measuring (Material from both side of screen measured), complete all as directed.

Supply only saw dust, calorific value 4300 to 4600 Kcal, moisture content 10 to 20%, complete all as specified. Note: Material shall be packed in high density polythene (HDPE) polypropylene (pp) woven sacks containing 25-30 Kg.

Supply only fine aggregate (sand conforming to Grading Zone IV of IS-383) complete all as specified. Note: (i) Loose sand shall be stacked properly on levelled surfaces for measurement. (ii) Stack measurement shall be taken after considering deduct of 12% to allow for increase in bulk. (iii) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of royalty for sand.

Labour only for mixing of saw dust with fine sand (Both old sand and new supplied sand both to be used) and spreading in range as per existing gradient complete all as directed.

Supply and stacking, sand bags with sand packed in high density polyethelene (HDPE)/ polypropylene (PP) woven sacks of size 95-105cm(H) x 61cm(W) (Sacks used for packing of 50Kgs cement (OPC/ PPC), containing not less than 30Kgs of sand in each bag, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of royalty for sand. (ii) The opening of HDPE/ PP bags shall be duly stitched using suitable nylon thread after filling in of sand.

Materials and labour for, 3mm thick, sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane including hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for, 15mm bore galvanized steel tubing, medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor including taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for, 20mm bore galvanized steel tubing, medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor including taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing and connecting 15mm bore steel tubing in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors etc.) including taking up or down and cleaning steel tubing, complete all as directed.

Refixing and connecting 20mm bore steel tubing in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors etc.) including taking up or down and cleaning steel tubing, complete all as directed.

Material and labour for 1000 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part – I, including ball valves high pressure of PTMT (Minimum weight 210 gms) with epoxy coated Aauminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe, 20 mm bore and fixed and including dismantling existing water tanks of capacity exceeding 500 litres but not exceeding 1000 litres and removing to store, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for, ball valves high pressure of PTMT (Minimum weight 210 gms) with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe, 20 mm bore and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for, vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) including plastic water closet seat, white, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device, complete all as specified and directed.

Declogging and cleaning of floor trap/ nahani trap/ gully trap and cleaning of blockage for clog free flowing of waste water upto the first manhole complete all as directed.

Declogging and cleaning of blockage of IWC/ EWC/ urinal by removing chocked wastes/ silt and mud etc. including removal of debris from site and washing down thoroughly for free flowing of waste upto 1st manhole and finally cleaning the wsah room/ toilet with clear water thoroughly or removal all debris/ dirt etc. complete all as directed.

Cleaning of sewage line,100 mm bore, between manhole using the cleaning devices in compliance of Section 5 and protective gear and safety devices in compliance of Section 4 of 'The Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act, 2013' and clearing of blockage for clog free flowing of sewage, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Center line length of the sewage line excluding the intermediate manhole(s) will be measured.

Cleaning of sewage line,150 mm bore, between manhole using the cleaning devices in compliance of Section 5 and protective gear and safety devices in compliance of Section 4 of 'The Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act, 2013' and clearing of blockage for clog free flowing of sewage, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Center line length of the sewage line excluding the intermediate manhole(s) will be measured.

Bailing out water content in liquid/semi liquid state from sewage in septic tanks/ sewage sumps/manholes/soakage pits etc upto the top of sludge level/aggregate fillings by using the mechanical cleaning devices in compliance of section 5 and protective gear and saftey devices in compliance of Section 4 of "The Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act 2013" by blocking temporarily the inlet line with suitable size wooden plugs and removing/discharging water content in liquid/semi liquid to a distance n exc 50 mtr away from starting point and depositing in pits not exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth, returning filling in of pit after soaking of water including sprinkling of bleaching powder over the trenches and including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix fix for, 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including taking down old pipe with all fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, 110mm dia PVC (SWR) bends any radius, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of 150mm internal dia, salt glazed stoneware drain pipes grade 'A' conforming to IS 651:2007, laid in treanches and jointed including demolition and breaking up drain pipes set in cement mortar complete all as pecified and as directed.
