Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for post holes, any thickness, size or shape (including caps and bases) using Cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (40 mm graded stone aggregate).Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix of posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde F-165. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix for Mild steel Screw bolts diameter of neck 5 to 10 mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or (machine made) square nut, n exc 5cm long.Complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour providing precast cement concrete solid building blocks or slabs type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) of size 300X 300X20 cm thick setting in mortar 1:4. Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour RCC M-25(20mm graded aggregate) in Coping Fins, fascias, louvres,parapets, and railings exc.60cm in height, newels, balustrade. Complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to coping fins, louvers, fascia Complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walis etc including raking out joints,hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. Complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per lS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surface. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mnm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and strainingand fixing to any tvpe of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossinas with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. Complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured seperately)

Supply only mild steel galvanised chain link fencing any size or type Complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire Complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes framed guard bars barred iron doors ladders framed balusters; walk ways railings framework of water tanks incl onnämental works similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described with two coats of sythetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer Complete all as specified and directed.
