Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Manager-in-charge.

Demolishing P.C.C./ RCC work manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Manager - in- charge.

Earthwork in excavation in foundation trenches or drains, over areas including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom lift upto 3.0 m including getting cut the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil and as directed within a lead of 200m in hard /Dense soil/ soft rock as directed by M-I-C. (pumping of subsoil water or water from any source will be done as per requirement, no extra payment will be done for this)

Filling of available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth side of foundation, back filling of pipe trenches, drain etc. as directed in layers not exceeding 150mm in depth consolidating Each layers by ramming & watering lead upto 200M & lift upto 1.5m.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete excluding cost of shuttering in CC 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 Coarse sand : 8 course aggregate 40mm nominal size) for pavement, floor concrete, plinth protection etc (Cement will be provided free of cost by NALCO at its main store) as directed by M-I-C

Providing and laying plain or reinforced cement concrete excluding cost of shuttering in CC 1:2:4 (01 cement: 2 Coarse sand : 4 course aggregate 20mm nominal size) for pavement, floor concrete, plinth protection etc (Cement will be provided free of cost by NALCO at its store) as directed by MIC.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete of 1:1.5:3 (01 cement: 1.5 Coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering for all structural concrete like footings, columns beams, lintel and roof slab, precast slab, shelf, chajja etc. all as directed by M-I-C. (Cement will be provided free of cost from NALCO's store)

Cutting, bending, placing, straightening, tying & welding of Reinforcement including providing and placing cover block, welding with reinforcement of existing building where ever required complete (Only reinforcement steel will be provided free of cost by NALCO at its main store) for TMT bars as directed by M-I-C)

Providing and fixing centering and shuttering propping, bracing etc keeping the same in position during concrete & removing the same after specified period is over for any height as per the instruction of M-I-C.

Fly ash brick masonry work with cement based fly ash bricks / reusing serviceable dismantling bricks in foundation & plinth upto 1.5 mtr depth with cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6 coarse sand) as per specifications but excluding the cost of cement & bricks. (cement & bricks will be issued free of cost at NALCO store & manufacturing site respectively)

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster with CM 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Fine sand) with own material except cement (Cement will be provided free of cost by NALCO at its main store) as directed by MIC

6mm thick cement plaster to ceiling or concrete surface 1:3 (1 cement:3 sand) including necessary scaffolding, curing etc. for all heights.

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved s;ze, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sandetc. all complete as per the direction of Manager-in-charge.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of size (60cmx60cm) of premium quality beyond soluble salt & double charge technology brand & manufacturer of JOHNSON/RAK/KAJARIA laid on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including pigment etc. complete as per instruction of Manager-in-charge.

Providing and laying to proper line and level 18mm thick granite stone slabs of suitable colour and size having good texture in floors over a bed of 20mm thick base course of cement mortar 1:4 mix (1 cement: 4 sand) including finishing the joint, smooth cleaning polishing etc. all complete. Material to be approved by the Manager-in-charge before brought to site.

Dismantling of steel works in built up section including dismembering and stacking within 50M lead in joist channel angle, tee and flats, gusset plate, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. complete as per direction of EIC. (Dismantled materials will be hand over to Nalco store)

Dismantling tile work in floors and walls laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 mtr lead. For thickness of tiles up to 25mm.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) architectural gates, trusses, hand rails, square bar grills, column structures, beams and all types other structures made of approved channels, angles, plates, flats, hollow tubes and box sections, etc. including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the same with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts, stainless steel hinges etc. of required size, with suitable arrangement as per approval of Manager-in-charge (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered including accessories such as SS nuts, bolts, fasteners etc. )

Design, supply, fabrication, delivery and erection of tensile fabric roofing structure including cost of materials (Ms steel framework, fabric, all required hardware) labours etc complete. (This also includes anchoring /connections with the existing building structure as per requirement) Membrane Specifications as under: (Serge Ferrari, France) or equivalent.
