SPL REPAIR TO CONVERSION OF OVERHEAD HT LINES TO UNDER GROUND HT CABLE AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS UNDER GE (S) TEZPUR

Taking down to old U/S HT OH line in any run /type/make etc of conductors from existing electric pole and all others connecting accessories after removing all connections complete as directed. Note:- (i) Unsv qty ACSR will be made cerdit to contractor. (ii) To remove all run of OH line held with pole will be measured aganist one unit.

M & L Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connecting to galvanized earth strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing conductor by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and all as shown in Electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part I and including testing on completion all as specified locations and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) The above quoted rate shall include cost of main earthing lead of 32 x 6mm GI earth strip, charcoal, salt, excavation and earth work in any type of soil CI cover, funnel with 20mm dia light grade GI water pipe including GI protection pipe 40mm dia light grade for earth strip etc. (ii) The cost of earth pit is deemed to be included in the unit rate.(iii) The cost of GI strip of size 32 x 6 mm from top of earth plate up to 7.5 meter above ground level is deemed to be included in the unit rate of above item.(iv) All the joints in GI strip and connection with Earth Plate to be welded through welding and in addition by providing double brass nut bolt and washer. (v) Cost of welding and nut bolts are deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc and 1.5 mtr in depth getting out in in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning and filling including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer n.exc 25 CM thick in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50 mtrs and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50mm above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying natural river sand as cushioning of cables, including spreading and punning down all as per clause No 3.21 of SSR part -I complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge and directed by Engineer in charge Note : punned thickness will only be measured for payment purpose.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, but class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub class 'B' brick for protection of UG cable in tranches of old size brick all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply,Laying ,testing, and commissioning size 3x95 sqmm cross-sectional area XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 11000 volts (E) grade, in tranches / fixing on wall by saddel/ fixing on poll / drawn through GI pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply /laid/ fixing/ connecting and testing in replacement of the following LT under ground XLPE insulated ,armoured heavy duty electric power cable with aluminium conductor , 1100 volts grade (earthed) cross section area 400 Sqmm x 3.5 core including taking down Old unsv UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

All as in Item No-10, but for 300 Sqmm x 3.5 core

M&L for boring of hole suitable to draw up to 80 mm bore GI pipe in depth minimum 60-90 cm below normal ground level as per requirement all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for galvanised steel tubing light grade bore 80 mm with all fitting laid in trenches/ fixed with wall/ pole using fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling and Taking down old unserviceable of Steel tubular poles / struts any size complete.

M & L Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial tapr plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-55, 11 metres long including paintng of approved shade (aluminium paint) over one coat with primer two coat of synthetic enamelled paint marking of pole numbers and making 3 Nos of black colour strip 30 cm wide on equal distance from coping complete all as specified and directed.

M & L angle iron Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finish coat of aluminum paint and including taking down old unserviceable cross arms complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for anti climbing devices, spikes type fabricated out of MS bars (round, squre and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole fixing with pole and including taking down old unserviceable anti climbing devices all as speccified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M& L Mink Type Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced 6/3.66 Aluminium and 1/3.66 Steel old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed

S & F HT Cable route marker made up of cast iron (Round Dia) of 100 mm round plate, 3 mm thick fixed on MS angle iron of size 25 x 25 x 5 mm, 800 height fixed in ground over the cable route with PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded sto agg.) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) in or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges etc all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded sto agg.) for coping above ground level of steel electric pole concrete complete all as specified.

M & L for Broken Stone or Boulders Hardcore of Gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 150mm thick, watered and rammed to a True Surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repair composite polyme Disc type insulator, ball and socket type with tension clamps and all hardware components for conductors, working pressure fit for 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Composite Polymer Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp suitable for 11 KV (station class/distribution class) to fix it on the Pole with continuity conductor upto earth terminal all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Composite Polymer Air Break switch gang operated Triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 amps fit for 11 KV with all accessories Complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Male Contact/ moving contact blade of Air Break Switch 11 Kv complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Female contact/ fixed contact Jaw of Air Break Switch 11 Kv complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Composite Polymer Expulsion type Drop Out fuse single pole 11 KV , above 50 Amps upto 100 Amps including MS channel for fixing it with the pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix synthetic mat of size 2m x 1m x 3 mm including taking out old Unseveciable Synthetic mat all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fix Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for 20x15cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Cable jointing kit for 11KV (E) grade cable for Outdoor End termination heat shrink type complete with Jointing material and acceesseries suitable for 3 core are XLPE armoured at conductor cable of size 95 sq mm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair Cable jointing kit for 11KV (E) grade cable for Outdoor Straight through joint, Heat shrink type complete with Jointing material and acceesseries suitable for 3 core are XLPE armoured at conductor cable of size 95sq mm all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and exc 1.5 mtr in depth but not exceeding 3.0 mtr in depth and getting out in any type of soil for laying cables, erection of poles complete all as specified

NOTES: 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. The rates for RCC/PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork, shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the item. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
