Providing an Erecting of 3No 9.00 M poles by dismantling dismembering of 3 Nos 15 M marr masts on terrace of G 2 floor building including providing of horizontal and Vertical gantry and OD BTS bed at BALAJI NAGAR TE NBSNL Site ID HD2234 Hyderabad

1) Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

2) Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacturer’s specification.

3) Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

4) Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, shelves, chajjas, lintels, and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing & reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources).

i) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

ii) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

iii) Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

6) Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more.

7) Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand)
