CONSULTANCY WORK SERVICES FOR DESIGN OF STEEL STRUCTURE WITH RCC FOUNDATION FOR MANUAL/MECHANICAL INSTALLING CAMOUFLAGE NETS ON BLAST PENS 13A, 13B, 31A AND 31B AT AF STN BHISIANA.

Amount

1. Design of steel structure with RCC foundation for manual/mechanical wax camouflage nets installing on Blast Pens 13A, 13B, 31A and 31B. Max weight of camouflage nets 300gm/Sqm structure for holding camouflaging nets. The structure should be based on columns and beam, rafter, purling etc and using GI wire. Line plan of proposed area for Provn of wire mesh for installing camouflaging nets duly attached. Detailed cost estimate for material and bill of qualities should also be given alongwith structural drawings. Cost of labour to be also given. Labour estimated (skilled and non skilled) to be given separately & rate of labour per day to be assumed (GST 18%) to be added on overall cost estimates. 2. Structure required: Provn of RCC foundation & Plinth beam with steel structure required for provisioning of wire mesh for installing camouflage nets on Blast Pens. (Line diagram of Blast pen proposed area attached duly marked as per Appx). 3. Additional Technical specifications:- (a) The camouflage net holding structure should have wire/steel member mesh to support camouflage net in wet condition (approx. 600gm/Sqm). (b) The entire structure should be easy to maintain. (c) Structure steel members like I-Beam / Column, plates available from (Make: TATA, JINDAL, SAIL) should be used. (d) Seismic Zone-III. (e) Net soil bearing capacity 10.5 Ton/Sqm st depth 1.5m. (f) Concrete for foundation M-25 (Design Mix). (g) Max wind speed 60 Km/Hr. Note: Bidders are requested to visit the site before quoting the rates.
