Trimming of the canal section manually for preparing sub grade for laying cement concrete

other relevant components and accessories as per drawings including painting with primer

coat and colour including second stage concreting etc. complete as per drawing &

Gate leaf for each radial gate consisting of skin plate assembly including rubber seals, guide

rollers , horizintal stiffners, vertical girders , arms , bracing, placing, trunnion assembly i.e

15 hub, pin plates, bushing and other relevent components and accessories with erection ,cleats, 2 sets 246007.98

and splicing arrangements painting with primer coat and colour as per drawings and

Manufacturing, supply of 8.0 MT capacity electrically operated rope drum hoist components

and equipment as under including performance test.

Hoist Motor cabin including motors (adjustable) variable fricquency drive device & drum

units, starters, connectors, brakes, worm reducer and mannual drive mechanism & other

relevant component, gear reduction units including gears drums, wire ropes, shafts gear case,

cover, pedestal blocks bearing, line shafts, couplings rope socket turn buckles and all other

relevant components as per drawings & specifications.

Manufacture, supply and fixing of hoist platform consisting beams, cross members,

chequered plates access ladder railings etc. complete including painting with primer coat and

colour as per drawing & specification.Gate Size-2.70*3.00 mt (Nos-02)

Erection of gate leaves, vertical girders arms, trunion, embedded & stationary parts which

includes second stage concreting joining & fixing them in true line & level, welding & fitting

rubber seals etc.

Erection of gate hoist equipments including lifting & lowering stopping closing of gate so as

to ensure smooth watertight operation. This item also includes supply & laying of cables

from control room equipment to the individual gate hoist motors, measuring instruments

including limit switches etc as per drawing & specification etc. complete.Gate Size-2.70*3.00

Providing and fixing removable hand railing 1.10 m height, using double angle iron post of

size 80mm x 80mm x 10mm M.S angle and two rows of 38 mm dia G.I. pipe and block out

18 10 mm thick M.S. plate 150 mm x 150mm x 10 mm size with M.S. angle with 12 mm dia 40.00 m 2332.50

bolts, nuts including 3 coats of oil painting to steel work and as directed etc. complete.

Providing and fixing in position P.V.C. heavy duty water stops in barrels, troughs and wing

walls with 25 mm wide expansion joint as shown in drawing including filling the joints with

Carrying out Sub soil investigation for Soil Bearing Capacity test with machine drilling of

bore holes at specified location including collection of samples, laboratory testing, submitting

report including transport and others. (Unit Rate carried out for 10 m. depth of Bore)
