i)The scope of work includes preparing Water supply map (Base Map) of Town Panchayat by DPGS Survey in Realtime. The Survey shall be carried along the boundaries which are invariably shown by the concerned staff and confirming to the notifications or other documents relating to the location and extent of the Land. It will also include the Elevations ,Distance,Levels,ULB Boundry,Water Zone Boundary,Roads and Lengths,Railway line ,Water bodies,OHT/ESRs,Water pipeline network and other infrastructures with Autocad drawings as per guidelines will be submitted along with three set of hard copy and soft copy ii)Drafting Detailed Project Report based to Population projection ,Distribution Network design ,Typical and General arrangement drawings,master network diagrams,design output and calculations.Before preparing for the water supply project, the following data have to be collected Geological data, Water Requirement of the City, Existing Water Supply Projects, Sanitary Conditions of the Area,Topography of the Area, Legal Data and Public Opinion. iii)Detailed Project Report-To prepare the DPR includes Town administration,Town History,the existing watersupply system,abstract estimate,detailed estimate for each items,OHT ,pipeline and Sump Plan,designs and steel barbending schedule,site plan and DPR Appraisal from TUFIDCO based TUFIDCO Recommended/approved conditions of analysis (Water Gems analysis),Water supply map and contour levels (Base Map) of Town Panchayat by DPGS Survey, economical sizing of pumping mains and distribution system ,Necessary OHTs ,Sumps and pipes and their drawings,Autocad drawings etc., From time to time. DPR will be submitted as per tender conditions along with three set of hard copy and soft copy. iv)Preparing Detailed project estimates as per the terms and conditions of the technical sanction authority from time to time and support to obtaining Technical sanction with the above documents DPR will be submitted as per tender conditions along with three set of hard copy and soft copy.
