Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:

Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150mm dia upto 300mm.

Cleaning of under ground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank (independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:-

(i) Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of slit and other deposits.

(ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water.

(iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine.

(iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface.

(v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling 15 to 40 mm dia G.I. pipe including stacking of dismantled pipes (within 50 metres lead) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm upto 200mm in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars for sunshades/balconies including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect.

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/Sqmm2).

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make @ minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) modified plain/reinforced cement concrete for structural members having minimum characteristic compressive strength [with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria] with specified average thickness. Note: Rates shall be for finished surface area of concrete and shall include the cost of labour, concrete and appropriate approved Super- Plasticiser for rendering concrete as flowable and SBR polymer but shall exclude cost of reinforcement, bond coat, Shear Keys, centering and shuttering, strutting, propping etc. (Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/ tapping with a blunt metal instrument)

Supply mixing and application of ready to use anticorrosive coating Nitozinc Primer of M/s Fosroc chemicals (India) Pvt. Ltd., or equivalent in two coats @ 28ml per R.M. (Proportion of 668ml Nitozinc base + 400 mlNitozinc primer hardener = 1 ltr) to the exposed steel reinforcements, stirrups, lateral ties of slabs, beams & columns complete as per the manufacturer's specification and as per the instructions of Engineer in charge, the rate is inclusive of the cost of all materials, hire charges of tools, labour charges etc.., (Scaffolding will be paid for separately under relevant item).

Supplying and filling up the cracks on vertical / horizontal surfaces of external walls with crack cealing cementitious materials Rendroc CS of M/s Fosroc chemicals (India) Pvt. Ltd. Or equivalent mixed with water in the ratio of 1 ltr water to 2.78 kg powder at the rate of 10 RM / kg powder per groove after making 'V' groove along the crack, curing for 14 days complete as per manufacturers specifications and as per the directions of Engineer in charge. Cost inclusive of all materials, labour charges, hire charges for T&P etc. (Scaffolding will be paid for separately under relevant item).

Cleaning of ceramic tiles in flooring, dados . skirting etc., by applying approved cleaning liquid and removing stains including cleaning of sanitary items like water closet, wash basing , urinals etc., complete.

Cleaning the terrace portion upto floor V levelincluding removing rubbish, plants, unwanted waste material, dust, etc., and disposal of rubbish away from the site/building upto lead of 50M, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing and jointing UV stabilised (SWR) PVC- floor trap of approved quality and make os self cleaning design 100x75 mm size for different appliances all complete including the cost of cuttting and making good the walls and floors etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing rigid (unplasticised) PVC soil waste and vent (SWR) pipes for working pressure 4 kg / sqm conforming to IS:4985 including jointing with solvent cement with pipes of outer diametre : Single socketed pipes.

Providing and fixing unplasticised PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised PVC soil waste and vent (SWR) pipes conforming to IS : 4985 including jointing with solvent cement .

Providing and fixing GI pipe clips of approved design and required length to unplasticised PVC rain water pipes / soil waste and vent (SWR) pipes screwed with M.S screws of required length complete.

Taking out existing Aluminium door shutters and refixing to existing frames, after attending necessary repairs like cutting wherever required including cost of screws, cleats, and providing M.S. fully threaded round bar on top & bottom rails of shutters labour charges etc., complete as direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing of vegetation growth on wall at all heights including complete removal of root if any inside wall and disposal away within the campus up to a lead of 50metres as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Scaffolding will be paid for separately under relevant item).

Providing and fixing double scaffolding upto seven storey height made with casurina posts of dia upto 100mm dia 1.50m centre to centre (both horizontal and vertical casurina posts of dia upto 100mm dia.) joining with ropes, nails, etc.and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system should be provided with essential safety feautures of the workmen etc.complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (The elevational area shall be measured for payment.)

Providing and fixing PVC rigid foam sheet 1mm thick on existing door shutters (bathroom and W.C. doors) using synthetic rubber based adhesive.
