Manning and operation of the pumps and valves any type and maintenance of overhead reserviors, underground sumps respect pump house area at Shikargarh pump house ,OHT near OR's Married Acn and Sewage Pump House No.5, & Offrs MAP Qtrs 2 Nos complete for round the clock including sunday and holiday in 03 shifts one Technician with Valve man of 8 hrs each shift i.e. 06.00 to 14.00 hrs, 14.00 to 22.00 hrs, 22.00 to 06.00 hrs for operation of different capacity of pumps, valves inlet, outlet for filling of OHT and supply of water to the troops including cleaning of premises of pump house by cutting grass complete and maintaining hygiene and sanitation including maintain the record of chlorine test as per department requirement/direction complete all as directed by EIC. Note :- (i) The contractor will provide proper uniform to the Staff .(ii) Operation of Pumps of any capacity, time to time for filing OH Reservoir/direct supply as directed. (iii) Providing water supply to the users as per the timing given by Engr-In- charge by operation of valves installed in the installation/lines. (iv) Cleaning the oil/grease spills in/around the machineries /installations/premises.(v) the contractor should be provide tools & consumable stores such as gland packing, rubber insertion sheets, grease, MS Nut bolts of sizes sundry items should be included for Sluice valve/butterfly valve gland bolts of various sizes cotton waste for topping up as required for daily operation and routine maint with out anyextra cost of Government.(vi) Operation of stand by Generator (Diesel Engine driven Generator set ) with LT Panel board (installed at pump house complex) as and when required to operate other equipments during electrical shut down/breakdown to maintain uninterrupted water supply to the station. (vii) Log sheet as per proforma provided by office for DG Set and Pumps will be provided by the Contractor and operator will ensure maintaining of log sheets on daily basis and submit the same to concerned JE at the end of each month.(viii) Complete DG set, pumps in working condition shall be handed over to the contractor by the Department at the time of commencement of work and same will be returned by the contractor in working condition on completion of contract. (ix) The contractor should be provide safety equipments & applicable all safety features with out extra cost to Government. (x) Proper hygiene condition will be maint by the operator in the installation(xi) In case of any problem noticed at installation, the same will be immediately informed to the JE (E/M)/AGE E/M-II/GE. disinfection chemicals and also ensure free chlorine test upto permissible limit as per SHO recommendation. (xii) : Schedule B store i.e. DHPP, OMD and chemical for chlorination shall be issued under Schedule 'B' store for filling and mixing from the store of AGE E/M -II of GE (A) Utility and transportation will be contractor's responsibility. All as directed by Engr-in-Charge .(xiii) The duty during extrem condition like,emergency/lockdown contractor should be responsible to arrange wih all facility round the clock.(xv) Contractor should be made presentable the plant round the year and also better position in the day of any inspection/visiting superior officer and complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (xiv) Record of water supply each area shall be maintained in register & produce to Engr-In-Charge weakly for providing services.

All as per item No-1 above but for Old Shikargarh Over head tank in three shifts per One Valve Man of 8 hrs.

All as per item No-1 above but for Bahadur Singh Enclave and Sugan Singh Enclave Over head tank in two shifts per One Valve Man of 8 hrs each.

All as per item No-1 above but for Sewage Pump House No.1 & 3 for two shifts per one Technician of 8 Hrs in each. Maintained the record of sewage receiving & pumping on daily log book.

Manning and operation & maintenance of STP 0.5 MLD at Bahadur Singh Enclave for round the clock including sunday and holiday in 3 shifts one Technician of 8 hrs each including cleaning of premises of STP by cutting grass complete and maintaining hygen, sanitation and security of pump sets all mounting accessories and cleaning of premises with operation of DG Set as and when required complete all as directed by EIC. (i) The contractor will provide proper uniform to the Staff . (ii) The operator will ensure proper functioning of STP and cleaning/maintain of receving sump, sludge beds, treated water sump, blowers condition etc and Operator will perform duty as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (iii) The operator will ensure proper running of DG set,pumps and routine checkup of water level, oil level, battery condition etc and Operator will perform duty as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(iv) Log sheet as per proforma provided by office for DG Set and Pumps will be provided by the Contractor and operator will ensure maintaining of log sheets on daily basis and submit the same to concerned JE at the end of each month.(v) Complete DG set, pumps in working condition shall be handed over to the contractor by the Department at the time of commencement of work and same will be returned by the contractor in working condition on completion of contract. (vi) Proper hygiene condition will be maint by the operator in the installation.(vii) : Schedule B store i.e. DHPP and OMD and chemical for chlorination shall be issued under Schedule 'B' Store for filling and mixing from the store of AGE E/M - II of GE (A) Utility and transportation will be contractors's responsibility. All as directed by Engr- in - Charge. (ii) In case of any problem noticed at installation, the same will be immediately informed to the JE (E/M)/AGE E/M-II/GE. (viii) Contractor should be responsible to maintain cleaning quarterly of plant all sumps except receiving scraping walls, removing sludge with all safety equipments/features without damages and any extra cost complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (ix) Due to any inspections of STP, contractor should be responsible to layout of all display boards & tables and complete area cleaning without any extra cost and complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (x) The contractor should be provide necessary safety equipment such as hand gloves, mask belt with rope and other safety items, any kind of risk during lifting of sludge will be responsibility of the contractor . (xi) Contractor shall maintained all record of payments through bank/cash with GPF, allowences, insurence of employers.(xii) The duty during extrem condition like,emergency/lockdown contractor should be responsible to arrange wih all facility round the clockand complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for taking out old gland packing and Supply and fixing of new gland packing with superior quality of gland rope complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for repairing and servicing of motor starter any type in any position for the suitable capacity of 100/60 HP at Shikargarh PH as per the site requirement and repaired recommended by the OEM and proper keep up to date for running condition round the clock. complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- All spare parts as required for repair/servicing shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ and the spares should be suitable to as per above refered model/make . (ii) Replacement of spare parts measured in ser item no 7.01 to 7.07 is deemed to be included in item no 07

M & L for repair/replacement/maintenance of sluice valves of size from 100mm dia upto 300 mm dia, complete all way keep in no leakage condition including i.e. excavation,removal and refilling of trenches). Pumpimg out water from the ditch and rectify the deffects by taking out of existing spares ie rubber gasket / fibre sheet, nut & bolt etc and rejoining the same by using new one incl testing, commissioning of valve complete all as directed at site and complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- All spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ and the spares should be suitable to as per above refered model/make .and ser no.6,7 & 8 record shall be maintained in register & put up fortnightly to Engr-in-charge for retification. (ii) Replacement of spare parts measured in ser item no 8.01 to 08 is deemed to be included in item no 08.
