Materials and Labour for, glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 450 X 300 X 7mm thick, conforming to IS 15622,Grade B III, on vertical surface of wall such as dados, skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:3) and including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises,, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for,Non - skid Ceramic tiles, coloured,7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, conforming to IS 15622,Grade B IIa,in floors etc.,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.,brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq. metre including 25 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregates,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for,Non - skid Ceramic tiles, coloured,7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, conforming to IS 15622,Grade B IIa,in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.,brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq. metre,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for,cement concrete tiles with grey cement and no pigment, 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick,machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) and including dismantling existing stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness,laid,bedded in any mortar,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for rendering 10 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with waterproofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on concrete surface of sunken floors and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement,complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

Materials and Labour for rendering 5 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls including preparing new surfaces plastered and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm and including taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

Material and Labour for washing,rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion,on walls, complete all as specified and directed.
