Supply and fix, 30 mm thick factory made solid panel PVC shutters (conforming to IS : 4020) consisting of frame made out of mild steel tubes of 19 gauge and size 19 mm x 19 mm for stiles and 15 mm x 15 mm for top and bottom rails. Material and labour for taking down of existing Roof treatment from roof and fence and covering surface of old concrete roof by picking , sweeping clena and washing down with water remove dust, etc and applying roof treatement with the following specifications: (a) Rendering 15mm th in cm (1:4) fixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction on cleaned concrete surfaces of roof and finishing the surfaces fair and even including curing the plaster surfaces for 7 days by ponding water over the roof (leveling coure) (b) Applying evenly one coat of cold bituminous primer conforming to IS- 3384-1088@ 0.30 litre per sqm on th cleaned plastered surfaces (c) Applying layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm th (minimum) weighing 3.50 kg per sqm (reinforced with polyster non woven fabric weighing not less than 160 gms per sqm by torch application . The overlap shall not less than 100mm onn the reverse direction and 75mm longitudinal direction and sealing overlaps. (e) Applying evenly one coat of aluminium paint of 0.10 ltr sqm over APP based polymeric membrane .(i) Payment against this item shall not be allowed in completion of all the stages of working slab. (ii) THe work shall be executed through well- trained applicators as per manufacturers instructions after obtaining written approval from the GE. NOTE: The integral waterproofing compound will be measured and paid under relevant item of BOQ.

Taking down existing damagedEWC/ IWC alongwith complete PCC and lime concrete from sunken floor and providing newEWC/ IWC and water proofing treatment to sunken floor as per following stage :- (i) 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:2) with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction at all around and base of sunken floor with proper slope. (ii) Applying a coat of 85/25 gde hot bitumen @ 0.7Kg/Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer @0.5Kg/Sqm and then pasteing of polythene film, 150 micron, natural colour with cold cut back adhessive. (iii) Fixing of 25mm dia GI pipe (med gde) spout of length 45 cm (iv) Supply & fixing of vitreous china squatting pan, "ORISSA" pattern, size 580x440mm white with integral footrest, P/S trap etc complete including providing PCC lean concrete in Mix 1:5:10 complete. NOTE: The integral waterproofing compound will be measured and paid under relevant item of BOQ.

Material and labour for providing, 40mm thick, Plain Cement Concrete(1:2:4) type B2 using 40mm graded aggregate mixed with integral waterproofing compound, as per manufacturers instruction, as in sunken floor and bath room area as specified and directed NOTE: The integral waterproofing compound will be measured and paid under relevant item of BOQ.

Material and labour for providing 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection/sub base of footpath/floors finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for screed bed or bedding layers 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes all as directed.

Material and labour for screed bed or bedding layers 10 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) to receive tiles in vertical surfaces all as directed all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for not less than 300 mm x 300 mm x 7 to 8 mm size joint free non skid coloured tiles as in floors set and jointed in cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm and pointed in white or colour cement to match existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for not less than 600 mm x 600 mm x 7 to 8 mm size joint free non skid coloured tiles as in floors set and jointed in cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm and pointed in white or colour cement to match existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20mm to 25mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab, flooring over cement screed base laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No54 here in before but on vertical surfaces skirting/dado/riserof steps.

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick on brick walls in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction over 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed. NOTE: The integral waterproofing compound will be measured and paid against relevant item of BOQ.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed.(Note:-Quantity and application of WPC shall be followed as per manufacturere's instuctions).

Material and labour for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on brick or concrete surface finished even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces of ceiling finished even and fair all as specified and directed

Material and labour for applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer on plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 L and n exc 1000 L, setting aside (or lowering if required) for water tanks, dewatering,cleaning and sterilisation the tank by using a lab tested chemical including writing tank wall as "TANK CLEANED ON' with date, month and year with a minimum of 10 cm height capital letters/numbers. The cleaning process would follow fwg stages as under: (a) To drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering system (b) Cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using a lab tested chemical. (c) Scrubbing the walls with mechanised scrubber & fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. (d) 1st stage of bacteria screening by degermification by using a lab tested chemical halogen compound. (e) Cleaning the floor of the water tank by industrial vacuum cleaner. (f) 2nd stage of bacteria screening & sterilizing method by using UV ray within the tank & killing all suspended bacteria. (g) 3rd stage of bacteria screening by sterilizing the floor of water tank by using strong oxidizing agent .
