Providing and laying balance 10.63 KM UGD System in Sagara CMC limit (Land Acquisition Stretch) and Construction of 0.62 MLD Capacity Sequence batch reactor SBR technology STP at LB Nagara (Zone 5)

Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as UGD project /STP project/ water supply project/ combined water supply & sewerage project of value not less than Rs. 9.82 Crores

Executed in any one year of the last five years (2019-20 to 2023-24) the following minimum quantities of works: 1. Earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil by mechanical OR manual means.-23,676 cum, 2.Cement concrete (Including RCC and PCC)-970 cum, 3.TMT Steel 52 MT, 4.Machine holes OR manholes of RCC OR brick masonry of varying depths-270 Nos. 5. RCC NP3 OR DI OR u-PVC OR Stone ware OR MS pipes of dia. in the range of 150 mm to 600 mm dia.-8.5 km., Note-The certificate should be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Equivalent or Employer in case of Govt / Semi Govt. Authorities and General Manager in case of Public Sector Undertaking.

The tenderer or his identified subcontractor should possess required valid electrical works and should have executed similar electrical works totaling to Rs. 13.42 lakhs in any one year

The tenderer or his identified subcontractor should possess experience in Construction of SBR Type STP minimum 0.50 MLD Capacity in any one year

availability by owning at least 50% of the required/specified key and critical equipment for this work and (b) the remaining 50% can be deployed on lease /hire basis for all works provided, the relevant documents (commitment agreements etc.) for availability for this work are furnished

Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 6.55 Crore (credit lines/letter of credit/Certificates from banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc., (equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 3 months in the peak construction period) in the form of unconditional credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificate from any Nationalized Banks/ Scheduled Banks as per the format

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value.

Achieved at least two financial years a minimum annual financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 39.28 Crores. (The Consolidated Annual Financial turnover certificate for the relevant financial years certified by Statutory Auditor along with UDIN number (also the audited financial statements for each of the financial years to be submitted)

Existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next one year
