Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100 TPH HMP producing an avarage output of 75 tone per hour using crused aggregates of specified grading permixed with bituminous binder @4-50 percent by wt of total mix and filler

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG.-10 with pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepare bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per MoRT&H Specification Clause 503

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100 TPH hot mix plant producing an avarage output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment , rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Specification Clause 509 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass bed as perIRC 35 inclduing cost of all materials , labour , Machinaries , T&P etc. requared for peoper completion of work i/c all other charges and taxes . The finishied surface to be level uniform and free from streks and holes as per MORTH specification no. 803
