Providing, Installation, testing & commissioning of submersible pump set(KSB / Kirloskar or equivalent make) at Tube well Chak Manga Gujjran ( Block Samba District Samba) having capacity 10,000 GPH x 60 m head coupled with 3 phase submersible motor of suitable capacity along with motor protection guard ( Mug-20HP) of reputed make and 6 sq mm submersible cable 100 mtrs. Job includes extraction of the existing column pipes from the Tube well with the help of heavy duty chain pulley block of 5 ton capacity. Providing and fabrication of Column Pipes 10 no (3 mtrs length approx) out of 100 mm dia G.I. pipe of Medium class B, beveling of ends on heavy duty lathe machine and providing and fitting of flanges by welding to both ends of column pipes in proper alignment after making cuts for passing of submersible cable. Painting of all the column pipes. Fabrication, providing and fitting of 01 no U shaped tie rod and pipe clamp of suitable size as per pump size made out of MS Flat to be fitted with the submersible pump with heavy duty nut and bolt welded on both sides of the clamp. Job also includes fabrication of 01 no graded expander/reducer of required size threaded at one end and flanged at other end. Fitting of reducer/expander with column pipe at one end with flanged joint and with the discharge outlet of the submersible pump at other end. Lowering of the submersible pump set 10000 GPH x 60 m head with the help of heavy duty chain pulley block of 5 ton capacity along with flanged column pipes one by one after tightening of each with new nuts and bolts and rubber gaskets of the flanged joints to ensure leak proof connections. Making of all the incoming and outgoing electrical connections. Providing & Fitting of 100mm dia delivery pipe along with 100 mm dia bend horizontally for water discharge to channels. The job includes cost of material & labour charges, transportation, tool and tackles required for the execution of complete job. The job further includes improvement of 63 KVA electric sub station by fabrication and fitting of LT fuse set and fencing of electric transformer by way of erection of four iron pillars embedded in cement concrete mixture on the four corners around the transformer and then fencing with GI fencing wire. Providing and filling of fresh transformer oil in 63 KVA electric transformer,. Replacement of HT/LT bushes, HT/LT bush rod along with nuts and bolts and gasket etc. Complete job includes cost of material, labour, transportation, tools and tackles required for the execution of the job .. Designing, fabrication and erection MS pipe Gantry for hosting of 5 ton capacity 6 meter lift chain pulley block for extraction and lowering of submersible pump set along with column pipes. The job includes fabrication of 2 nos. vertical member of MS Pipe 6 “dia medium class each of height 15 ft laying of cement concrete blocks of size 3’x3’x4’on both sides of the Tubewell equidistant from the bore for proper centering of the Tubewell bore and providing and embedding of 8 nos. foundation bolts of size 15 mm in each block .the job also includes providing and fitting of 02 nos. MS plates 8 mm thick of size 3’ x 3’ , welding of 4 nos .ribs at the base of the column pipe and 02 nos .MS plates 8 mm thick of size 1’ x1’ at the top of column pipes welding of 4 nos. ribs at the base and top of the column pipes for strengthening of vertical and horizontal of column pipes and also tightening with 5/8”nut bolt and 8mm thick M.S plate. The job includes providing and welding of 12 ft long horizontal pipe 6 dia medium class on top. The job also includes painting of the gantry initially giving two coats of red oxide and finally two of black enamel paint for smooth finish. Complete job includes cost of material, labour, transportation, tools and tackles required for the execution of the job..
