Taking down cement plaster any description/thickness on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of roof slab including picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt etc and Supply and fix APP polymeric water proofing membrane, minimum 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm, black finish, reinforced with non-woven polyester mat with a thermo fusable finish, laid over compatible bitumen primer @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm, torching overlaps with propane or butane gas torch, with an overlap of 75mm at the sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing, complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions, specified and directed. Note: (i) Coved fillets in PCC(1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, of radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty/chimney/other vertical surfaces and thereafter surface painted with hot paving bitumen of Grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73, [email protected] Kg/Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm.

Item 22.00 Contd……. (ii) Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 45cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall of brick masonry and shall be finished by a membrane flushing. (iii) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators. (iv) In case of stone masonry parapet wall etc a groove of size 25mmx25mm(minimuim) shall be made in coved fillet at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty Chimney/other vertical surfaces and polimeric membrane insterted in groove and sealed with paving bitumen. (v) Cost of these factors shall be deemed included in the unit rates.

M&L for cleaning of walls and floor of sunken portions including picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt etc and Supply and fix APP polymeric water proofing membrane, minimum 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm, black finish, reinforced with non-woven polyester matt, with a thermo fusable finish laid over compatible bitumen primer @ of 0.40 Kg/Sqm, torching overlaps with propane or butane gas torch, with an overlap of 75mm at the sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm, complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions, specified and directed. Note: (i) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out through the manufacturer or their authorized applicators only.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed. (Make - Dr Fixit LW+, Sika, Fosroc)

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles on vertical surfaces 350x 250x7 mm/450X350X7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, laid over and including 10 mm thick CM 1:4 backing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring/sub base finished rough to receive floor finishes/screed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 15 mm thick CM 1:6 screed bed or bedding layer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of concrete surfaces of ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with pulverized fuel Ash-lime bricks (Fly ash bricks - non modular size), straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.
