S & F in repairs 10 Liters capacity, low level flushing cistern, PVC, white, with inlet ball valve, float, handle, flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density of PVC 32mm bore waste pipe, including brackets for bottom support fixing with gitties embeded in wall with drilling machine etc and connections to pipe of complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 110mm bore PVC (SWR) soil, waste and vent pipes single socked in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) soil, waste and vent pipes single socked in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) Vent Cowl complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends / shoes of any radius complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 750mm bore PVC (SWR) bends / shoes of any radius complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair PVC(SWR) Plain floor trap 75mm dia outlet with grating incl jointing with solvent cement fixed in cement concrete B1 (1:2:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) branch piece, single (single Y) equal or unequal ordinary or inverted (spigot or socket type) or with parallel branches incl access door including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) reducers 75mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix stack clamps out of 50mm x 5mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof bore of pipe 110mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for fixing clamps duly drilling holes by mechanical means over the wall.

Supply & fix stack clamps out of 50mm x 5mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof bore of pipe 75mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for fixing clamps duly drilling holes by mechanical means over the wall.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 round section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 100 / 150 mm dia., of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs plastic water closet seat, white, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminized hinge device (Indian / Anglo indian) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs Vitreous China Squatting pan, "Orissa" pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rests including PVC Flush pipe 32 mm dia., and setting the trap and pan in lime concrete 1:2:5 minimum 150 mm thick all round and finished just below level of rim of pan to receive the floor finishing including removing the existing Water Closet complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square /rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and incl 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 , including dismentling of old tiles complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof covering complete all as specified and directed

M&L for mild steel work roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel, square or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E165) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer on new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc cozting GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Supply and Fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating corrugated sheet of 0.50 mm thick[TCT] of any having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F GI snap grid frame work for false ceiling of grid size 605 x 605 mm for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre and including 2 mm dia., Galvanized mild steel wire (as in suspenders of ceiling members fixed in proper position) including providing and fixing 4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed in ceiling with screws as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sq cm & over in section , any position in unframed work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 2nd class hard wood in timbers scantling fixed in clean sawn complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation surfaces of wood new or old of any description and girth not otherwise described and treated with creosote oil complete as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone/brick/concrete block masonry built in Cement mortar complete all as specified.

M&L brick work with sub class B brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cm 1:6 including demolition of old brick work complete all as specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on Brick masonry or other than fair faces of brick wall for Internal surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on Brick masonry or other than fair faces of brick wall for External surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old / newly plastered surfaces of internal walls, application of 2 to 3 mm thick wall care putty to make smooth surface and sand papering etc and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of chalk whiting primer with apply of using of Roller complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old / new wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of floor of WC and bath not exc 300mm deep and removing out the cinder/concrete from sunken portion, cleaning of RCC surface to remove dust, loose particle with compressed air or any other suitable method depending on site conditions, grinding any sharp edges etc complete all as specified and directed. (b) Cleaning or RCC surface to remove dust, loose particle etc with compressed air or any other particles or any other suitable techniques on site conditions etc.(c) M&L for a glass fiber reinforced acrylic modified cementitious coating system with base coat @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm glass fiber reinforcement and top coat with Sika Top® Seal-107 @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm or equivalent of Fosroc or MC Bauchemie India Pvt Ltd.(d) M&L for protection plaster 15mm thick on cement mortar 1:3 admixed with appropriate integral water proofing compound with as specified.(e) M&L for providing 25mm dia GI pipe spout projecting at least 150mm beyond outer face of wall.(f) M&L for sunken portion filled with 40 mm graded brick bats and finished with 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 all as specified and directed.(g) The area of Each WC portion is n.exc 2.00 Sqm each.(h) Cost of the above aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of the respective item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. Note : The work will be executed by authorised manufacturers/applicator. The Plan are only shall be measured for payment.

Dismantling of Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) and removal of rubbish out of defence land complete all as specified and directed. (Note : All roots of plant on either on wall or roof shall be removed and making good the disturbed surfaces. The rate quoted be the contractor shall be deemed to be included for the above aspect)

Demolition of Mud Phuska in roofs,any thickness including plastering and leeping of any thickness upto 30cm deep including removal of mud phuska to outside defence land complete all as specified and directed. (Note: All roots of plant on either on wall or roof to be removed and making good the distributed surfaces. The rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included for the above aspects. )

M & L for 25 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, Type B0, using (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of flooring/ as in roof leveling, finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded granite aggregates as in roof kerbs, edges of pathways, mud stops with fair finish surfaces, including chamfers, weatherings etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on cement mortar (1:6) and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on mud phuska complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 41 above but except tiles.

M&L for cleaning of concrete or plastered roof surfaces and applying priming coat using bituminous primer @ 0.30 kg per sqm followed evenly a tack coat @ 1.2 Kg per sqm using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen over it laid 3 mm thick APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3.6 Kg per sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160 gm per sqm) rolled & bonded to substrate with side and end laps 75mm & 100mm as per manufacturer's instruction and applying over it a tack coat using industrial hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg per sqm and finally finished the top of polymeric water proofing membrane complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Dismantling & Romoval of existing old water prrofing menbrane deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item)

Material & labour for cleaning of concrete or plastered surfaces of roof and applying priming coat using with bituminous primer @ 0.30kg per Sqm followed evenly by a tack coat @ 1.20 kg per Sqm using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen , over it laid with 3mm thick APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3.6 Kg per Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160 Gm per Sqm) unrolled & bonded to substrate with side and end laps 75mm & 100mm as per manufacturer’s instruction and applying over it a tack coat using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen @ 1.20 kg per Sqm and finally finished the top of polymeric water proofing membrane with a coat of bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.20 kg per Sqm as per manufacturer’s instructions over, finished surface complete all as specified & directed. (Note:- Dismantling & Romoval of existing old water prrofing menbrane deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item)

S&F MS wind ties using MS flat iron 40mm x 6mm including necessary fixing arrangements by using J hoolks / coach screws. Note : The cost of J hooks/ coach screws shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
