Providing copper piping for suction and discharge lines of Air Conditioner unit - The price shall cover for supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of refrigerant copper piping suitable for R-22, R-134 A, R-407 refrigerant and conforming to IS: 10773/2006 (latest) from indoor unit to 20 outdoor unit. The copper piping shall be insulated with polyurethane foam tubing duly covered with weather protection. Supply and fixing of MS stand for outdoor unit of Split Air Conditioner - The price shall cover for fabrication, supply, fixing and 22 commissioning of MS angle frame/stand made from MS angle for outdoor unit of split AC. The size of angle shall be 40 x 40 x 6 mm painted with two coats of red oxide primer and finished with one coat of black enamel paint. The angle stand shall be fixed at site with anchor bolts. Necessary civil works involved are included in the scope of work.

Installation, testing and commissioning of Split Air Conditioner - The price shall cover for installation, fixing, testing and commissioning of 23 the split AC as per the site-engineer's instructions/requirements with all associated wiring, copper piping, existing drain piping, existing MS outdoor stand. Supply and erection of G.I. perforated cable tray of size 150 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm on MS frame with cover - The price shall cover for fabrication, supply and fixing of M.S. perforated cable tray, hot dip galvanized as per latest ISS/BSS of size 150 x 100 x 100 mm and 2.0 mm approximate 56 thickness with appropriate cover of thickness 1.6 mm. The cable tray shall be fixed horizontally or vertically at site and the existing LT cables shall be laid/shifted in the cable tray by disconnecting from the panel/switch end and reconnecting as per site requirement duly tied with suitable clamps with GI nuts, bolts and washers in a safe and secure manner. Pipe of 75 mm diameter - The price shall cover for supply and fixing of G.I. pipe, 'B' class, medium grade, ISI 58 marked, 75 mm diameter as per IS: 1239/1990 or latest for protection of cables at wall/cover shed/FOB and poles and its fixing by clamps made from 40 x 6 mm M.S. flat duly painted along with required GI nuts-bolts and washers fixed at a distance of 1.0 meter. The GI pipe shall be of Tata/Zenith/Jindal/Surya/Swastik make.

Supply and laying of HDPE pipe, 110 mm diameter, by pushing method under track/road - The price shall cover for supply of HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) pipe of 110 mm nominal diameter as per IS 4984-1995 of make Tijaria/Himalyan/Koncept/Poddar/Unique with accessories required 59 for laying such as coupler, bend etc. as per the details given in technical specification in Annexure-XXI of tender document. The price shall also cover for laying the HDPE pipes in the ground below the tracks/road by push through method at a depth below the formation level as indicated in the drawing supplied by railway. The term "formation" level means the earth surface just below the bedding of the ballast. In case of any hard/stony soil, contractor should adopt new technology method in push through method. Each length of the pipes shall be joined together properly using proper size of socket and aligned in a straight line, keeping an inclination to facilitate the draining of water.

Laying of cable in trench - The price shall cover for laying, testing and commissioning of LTUG armoured cable in existing trench/pipe and 60 its connection at both ends. The cable shall be tested with 500 Volt Megger earth tester before laying it in the trench. The cable cores shall be tested for continuity, absence of cross phasing, Insulation Resistance between conductors to earth/armour and between conductors. The results should be recorded in presence of railways' representative. A composite cable layout plan on ferro-print or computerized print duly laminated in A-4 size should be submitted by the contractor to this office as well as site in-charge after laying of cable. Cables shall be supplied by railways at site engineer's stores.

The pole cap shall be 200 mm long and the diameter shall be suitable for fixing on the existing octagonal street light poles. The length of the arm shall be 1000 mm. The bracket shall be PU painted as per relevant Indian standards. The shade of PU paint shall be decided by railways as per the site scheme. The design of the bracket shall be got approved by the site engineer before fabrication.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of 5.0-meter height G.I. Street Light octagonal pole, double arm complete with all accessories and foundation - The price shall cover for supply, erection and commissioning of 5.0-meter height double arm, G.I. Street light octagonal pole as per the specifications mentioned in Annexure-XXI of tender document.

Providing decorative round pole, 3.0/3.5 meter height, complete with foundation, suitable bracket for mounting LED fittings and all accessories - The price shall cover for supply of Mild Steel Decorative Pole of 3.0/3.5 meter length with cast aluminium mounting ring at top. The pole shall be conical in design with a round cross-section. The diameter shall be approximately 70 mm at bottom and 50 mm at top. The thickness of pole shall be 1.5 mm. The pole shall be supplied with a mounting base (suitable for grouting) of thickness 6.0 mm and 130 mm diameter. The mounting base shall be provided with four nos of mounting holes. Holes of suitable diameter with rubber grommet for cable entry shall be provided at top and bottom of the pole. The price shall also cover for erection of the pole, including digging of pole pit of suitable depth and casting of foundation with cement, sand and metal in 65 the ratio of 1:3:6. Providing LED based station name board in English, Hindi and Guajarati languages with controlling board, time switch and contactor - The price shall cover for design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LED Station Name Boards at various stations in English, Hindi and Gujarati languages as per following description - The letters for the Station Name Board in English, Hindi and Gujarati languages shall be designed in separate boards at suitable locations with superior quality of acrylic sheet of Mitshubishi/Astari or equivalent make of minimum 2.0 mm thickness in red colour. The embossed height of the letter should be minimum 50 mm. The height of the letters should be 450 mm and the width shall be proportionate to the height. All the letters shall be fixed on white-coloured ACP sheet of minimum 3.0 mm thickness and the entire sheet shall be supported on a suitable 66 size of MS angle/Square Pipe frame from the back side to withstand wind pressure as advised by the site in-charge. The SMPS, Drivers and Controllers for the LED module of suitable capacity and quantity shall be suitably selected and provided in weather proof, insect free box with proper ventilation. The input voltage to the drivers should be 230 Volt AC and the output voltage shall be 12/24 Volt DC. The SMPS are installed to regulate the voltage and wattage in the whole circuit which is to be precisely regulated. This shall be designed as per the site requirement. The acrylic sheet, LED modules, SMPS power supply, ACP sheet etc shall be got approved from site in-charge before fabrication.

Providing LED based "INDIAN RAILWAYS" logo board in Hindi and English languages of size 8 feet x 6 feet - The price shall cover for providing LED illuminated Glow Signage Logo Board. The scope of work involves design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of LED illuminated Logo of INDIAN RAILWAYS and WESTERN RAILWAYS in Hindi and English as per the following specifications - The size of board shall be 8 feet x 6 feet. The board shall read as "INDIAN RAILWAYS" in Hindi and English on the periphery of the logo. The LED Logo Sign Board shall be connected to electric supply in a proper manner and one Time Switch of daily dial type and Contactor of make L&T/BCH/C&S shall be provided to operate the board automatically. The Time Switch and the Contactor shall be fixed in a waterproof MS box provided with hinged door and pad locking arrangement. The box and M.S. angle frame structure shall be painted with two coats of red oxide primer and enamel paint of reputed make. The LED Logo Sign Board shall be fixed a suitable location on M.S angle frame of size 40 x 40 x 5 mm with requisite hardware to withstand gusty winds and storm. Design, manufacture, display, installation of wall/hanging/floor mounting type signage/directional boards in flat/half elliptical/ Parabolic/Triangular shape. The display sheet shall be of unbreakable 040 translucent polycarbonate sheet of 2.0 mm thickness. The text/graphics matter visibility shall not be less than 160 deg. The approved colour text and graphics shall be printed/router cut on monomeric calendared vinyl of 70 um thickness and shall be firmly pasted on display sheets/Retro Reflective Boards. The mounting arrangement shall be hanging, wall mounting, ceiling 68 mounting, pole mounting or floor mounting and as per site requirement to be provided by the contractor with their own materials, labour, all Tools & Plants, lead, lift, transportation etc including all applicable taxes. The signage shall have the integral mounting arrangements with sturdy structural frame and ACP cladding on the back side of the signage to avoid rusting and entry of dust. The scope of work covers Vadodara railway station. 1.0The work shall be carried out as per the "Guidelines on Standard Signages at Stations on Indian Railways, 2023" issued by the Ministry of Railways, Government of India. Providing GI earthing strip, 25 x 4 mm with PVC sleeve - The price shall cover for supply and laying of G.I. earthing strip of 25 x 4 mm size covered with black coloured PVC sleeve of superior quality from earth pit to control/distribution panel board. The earthing strip when laid on wall shall be fixed by means of suitable size of GI clamps and screws.

Providing maintenance free earthing - The price shall cover for providing maintenance free earthing as per the following specifications - 1. High tensile-low carbon steel rod having diameter not less than 17 mm complying with requirements of BS 4360 Grade 43A or EN10025:2-004 S275JR, molecularly bonded by 99.99% pure high conductivity copper on outer surface with copper coating thickness of 250 micron or more, Length 3000 mm (minimum). Certificates from NABL approved labs shall be submitted with test results. 2. Copper earth bus-bar of size 250 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm having electrical conductivity of 101% IACS, minimum 99.9% copper content shall be exothermically welded to rod with 4 holes of 12 mm diameter (two on each side) for connecting earthing conductor. 3. Earth Enhancement compound should have characteristics as mentioned in the RDSO specifications. Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Luggage Elevator (Lift), Ground + 1 as per CPWD's specifications - The price shall cover for 1 Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Luggage Elevators (Lifts) of 2000 kg capacity, Ground + 1, minimum speed 1.00 meter per second, having openings at single/both sides as per site conditions and as per CPWD's General Specification for Electrical Works (Part III - Lifts and Escalators), 2003. The Elevators shall be of machine room-less and gear-less design. Details are given in Annexure-XXI of tender document.
