SIGNAGE

Supplying and fixing signage of 3mm thick ACP, vinyl print ,over 15mm thick marine ply fixed on 20mm square finish SS pipe frame work as per drawing at an angle of 19º on 1.2m height vertical support made of 25mm square SS tube welded over a 300mm square matt finish SS flat base of 3 mm thickness at bottom including cost and conveyance of materials, labour charges, lead, lift, all taxes, sundries, etc., complete at all levels as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.SS shall of brushed steel finish with epoxy painting of approved colour in required finish as directed by the Engineer in Charge (Rate shall exclude the printing cost and will be paid seperately). (Refer drawing no: MS-01//R2//F-02)

Supplying and fixing signage of 3mm thick ACP over 15mm thick BWR ply of IS 303 fixed on 20 mm square SS pipe framework fixed to a vertical post of 38mm dia SS pipe as per drawing using 50x3 mm thick flat screwed to the ACP. The vertical post shall be fixed to at the base over a 450mm dia circular base with SS square tube with bracing for stability as per drawing including cost and conveyance of materials, labour charges, lead, lift, all taxes, sundries, etc., complete at all levels as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. SS shall of brushed steel finish with epoxy painting of approved colour in required finish as directed by the Engineer in Charge (Rate shall excludes the printing cost and will be paid seperately).(Refer drawing no: MS-01/R2/F-01)

Supplying and fabricating 3 mm thick ACP box with MS frame and vinyl print on to the ground over a plastered brick pedestal as per drawing including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour , lead, lift, all taxes, sundries, etc., complete at all levels as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.( Rate shall excludes the cost of excavation, PCC, fixing and cost of printing)

Providing 3 mm thick ACP box with MS frame and vinyl print hung from ceiling using SS wires up to length of 1m as per drawing. ( Fixing and Printing Charges to be paid seperately)

Extra for the SS wires which exceeds the length of 1m but not exceeding the length of 2m.

Providing and fixing 600x200mm sized single sided or double sided sign board using 3mm thick ACP on MS frame work using 12mm square rod as shown in the drawing. The MS frame work shall be fixed to the wall using 18x 6mm thick MS flat and necessary bolts, screws, hanging chains up to length of 1m etc including cost and conveyance of all materials, all labour charges, lead, lift, all taxes, sundries, etc., complete at all levels as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (The cost of ACP signage or the sheet and the printing shall be paid separately). (Refer drawing no: MS-07/R1/F-10)

Extra for the hanging chain which exceeds the length of 1m but not exceeding the length of 2m.

Supplying signages as listed below fixed on to the existing wall as per drawing and technical specifications, including cost and conveyance of all materials, all taxes, sundries, etc., complete at all levels as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Rate shall exclude the printing cost and fixing charges which will be paid separately. 3 mm thick ACP and vinyl print to be fixed on to the walls with mirror screws as per drawing.

Providing and fixing Retro Reflective Sheeting conforming to Type XI standards of ASTM D 4956 -09 & as per IRC 67-2012 specifications of various sizes and shapes to be pasted on ACP sheet including all operations from fabrication to installation all complete as per relevant drawings, technical specifications as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(Cost of ACP sheet will be paid separately). The Type XI Retro reflective sheeting should be capable of taking up digital printing on direct surfaces. The Retro reflective sheet along with the content should be protected with transparent lamination overlay film using hot or cold lamination process in order to with stand quality life with five (5) years pre;qualification warranty for Type XI Retro Reflective Sheeting.

Supplying signages as listed below fixed on to the existing wall as per drawing and technical specifications, including cost and conveyance of all materials, all taxes, sundries, etc., complete at all levels as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Rate shall exclude the printing cost and fixing charges which will be paid separately.Providing and fixing non reflective (vinyl) sheeting made out of 3M IJ180C serious non reflective vinyl specifications as per approved template ; approved by engineer-in-charge and facia shall be protected with a transparent over laminate film 8519 series with five (5) years MCS Warranty.

Supplying signages as listed below fixed on to the existing wall as per drawing and technical specifications, including cost and conveyance of all materials, all taxes, sundries, etc., complete at all levels as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Rate shall exclude the printing cost and fixing charges which will be paid separately.Supply and fixing of Auto Glow Sign Boards made of flexible photo luminescent based glow-in-the dark atmosphere sheeting. The luminous properties should be weatherproof UV stabilized film with Latex digital printing or overlay letters.

Supplying of single sided or double sided signages as listed below fixed on to the existing wall using mirror/ matching screws, SS spacers or hung from ceiling using SS cables etc with all accessories as per technical specification., including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour , lead, lift, all taxes, sundries, etc., complete at all levels as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(Cost of etching and fixing will be paid separately). 1.5mm thick Brushed stainless steel plate with etching and fixed on to the walls with mirror screws as per drawing. (Rate shall exclude the etching cost and fixing charges and which will be paid separately)

Printing of 600DPI with approved matter on self glowing Vinyl with the luminous properties should be weatherproof UV stabilized film with Latex digital printing or overlay letters including cost and conveyance of all materials, all labour charges, lead, lift, all taxes, sundries, etc., complete.

Printing of 600DPI with approved matter on Vinyl with Latex printing using 6 head CMYKRB hybrid with special traffic UV inks for road sign application and facia shall be protected with a transparent over laminate film 8519 series including cost and conveyance of all materials, all labour charges, lead, lift, all taxes, sundries, etc., complete.

Extra for providing etching with approved colour on a SS plate or Brass plate including cost and conveyance of all materials, all labour charges, lead, lift, all taxes, sundries, etc., complete at all levels as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Printing of 600DPI with approved matter on Retro Reflective sheeting using 6 head CMYKRB hybrid with special traffic UV inks for road sign application including cost and conveyance of all materials, all labour charges, lead, lift, all taxes, sundries, etc., complete. The Retro reflective sheet along with the content should be protected with transparent lamination overlay film using hot or cold lamination process in order to with stand quality & life with five (5) years pre-qualification MCS warranty for the inks.

Extra for fixing the signages on to the walls or timber plank or granite as per drawing, technical specification and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge. Rate includes the cost and conveyance of all accessories such as screws with cap, Hilti fastener, plastic hollow wall including all labour charges, lead, lift, all taxes, sundries, etc., complete at all levels as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Fixing of 3 mm thick ACP box with MS frame and vinyl print hung from ceiling using SS wires up to length of 1m as per drawing. Providing and laying cement concrete of specific grade properly mixed and consolidated with hand rammers, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, curing, lead lift , etc. complete for all work up to plinth levels as directed by Engineer- in-Charge. 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and constructing brick masonry in C.M 1:6 (1 cement, 6 coarse sand) with country burnt bricks of 22.9x11.2x7 cm size and approved quality (average compressive strength not less than 35 kg/cm2) including scaffolding, raking out of joints, curing, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour,lead, lift, etc. complete for foundation, trenches, basement etc. below highest plinth level as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all levels

15mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge at all levels.

Extra for providing additional support for the signage using SS tube of approved size

EXTERNAL SIGNAGE

Providing Finger Type sign board facia made out of 3 mm thick ACP sheet (Minimum thickness 0.25 mm Aluminium Coil on each side – Exterior grade) and the retro reflective grade being -microprismatic - Type XI, Class - C as per ASTM D 4956.The signage will be printed by using RS technology Digital signage printer and laminated with high quality, Transparent UV protection lamination Overlay Film designed to protect finished signs with Warranty of 5 (five) years from the sheeting manufacturer at the time of supply of material with Matched Components System-

The vertical post shall be fixed to at the base over a 450mm dia circular base with SS square tube with bracing for stability as per drawing including cost and conveyance of materials, labour charges, lead, lift, all taxes, sundries, etc., complete at all levels as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The total height from the finished floor level shall not exceed 1500mm .

Earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil by manual or mechanical means in foundation trenches including dressing the sides ,ramming bottom ,lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus earth as directed within the site.

Providing and laying cement concrete of specific grade properly mixed and consolidated with hand rammers including cost and conveyance of all materials ,labour charges,curing,lead and lift etc complete for all work upto plinth level.
