S & F of 35 mm thick (Batten thickness) 2nd class hardwood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc. divided into squares, without sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass etc. and size of the members of shutter is as specified in clause No. 8.24 (a) of MES schedule 2009, part – I (Specifications) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 100 mm long extruded anodised aluminium alloy handle, fabricated type complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 150 mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old steel window with side hung shutters including projecting or box type hinges, steel handle and steel peg stay and refixing in same opening after necessary repair, welding and replacing damaged / missing parts and making good dismantled portion of walls including PCC bed block and rendering on jambs / cill / soffit etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of factory made steel window with side hung shutters including box type hinges with steel handle and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded with and including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of factory made steel ventilator with top/side hung shutter including hinges, steel peg stay with and including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made steel window box type usin ERW 'P section comprising double frame for gauges and glazed skeleton shutter jointed internally with flat iron 40x3mm complete including hinges, handel tower bolts stops, lugs etc all as shown o drawing. Note (i) For the purpose of measurement & payment double shutter with frame shall be considered as one unit. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include the iron mongry as required. (iii) Guard bars glazing & wire mesh shall however be measured & paid for separately under respective items of Sch 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden / metal frames, glazed with oil putty or fixed with beads including punching or drilling out old glazing pins / spring clips complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 3 mm thick plain, ordinary quality sheet glass and glazing with oil putty or fixed with wooden beads in square not exc. 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 18 -20 mm thick machine cut black granite stone slab as in floor, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of the slab including necessary cutting, grinding, rubbing, polishing rounding to exposed edgeswith and including screeding 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 14 to 16mm thick Udaipur Green Stone, polished (table rubbed & polished) as in floors, kitchen platforms, borders etc. over & including 15mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floor of floor finishes, finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix 25mm dia MS fancy type vista pattern curtain rod of approved finish of superior quality including fancy type knobs at both ends, bracket for supports & rings etc complete all as specified and directed.
