CARPOY HARD TOP MAP

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing old plywood, with new plywood top made of 12 mm thick commerical plywood (BWR) fixed with nut bolts & washer of apporiate size amd tightening of frame etc complete all as specified and shown in the drawings

Taking out extisting one broken MS Tube of Charpoy and fixing new MS tube shall be 1.6 mm thickness, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings

Forming of unservicable MS plate of size 32 x 32x5 mm shall be welded to bottom of legs and 3mm thick rubber sheet fixed with adhersive of aproved make with new MS plate of plate size 32x32x5mm thick sahll be welded to bottom of legs and 3mm thick rubber sheet fixed with adhersive of aproved make complete all as specified.

Sheet members shall be powder coated, the thickness of caoting shall not be less than 70 micron matt finished of approved shade.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing long rail with new long rail, made of cheer wood, seasoned, hard wood, matching with the existing shape and size, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings.

BED HARD MAP FD E6 MAP-II

Dismantling of old and U/S plywood top of bed and providing new plywood grade BWR, 12mm thick (ISI Marked) with screws. Note : Contractor has produce purchase voucher dirctely from company, (Bar code required)

Taking out old unservicable plywood of head board and providing new prelaminted particle board exteroir grade as per drg. complete all specified and dircted.

Taking out old unservicable plywood of foot board and providing new prelaminted particle board exteroir grade as per drg. complete all specified and dircted.

CONVERSION OF GI CHARPOY NEWAR TO PLYWOOD TOP GI CHARPOY (FD-220)

Conversion of GI charpoy newar to plywood top GI charpoy welding two dtiffenerd (Paralled) to shortb rails) each of medium grade 25mm bore GI tubing duly supported with MS flat of size 70x25x4mm including drilling/welding and providing 12mm thick commercial plywood (BWR grade) fixed with nut, bolts & washer of appropriate size and taking out extisting nylon newar and tightening of frame etc complete all as specified and shown in the drawings

Taking out existing one broken long rail of charpoy and fixing new long rail made out of 32mm bore medium grade GI tubing both ends threaded out etc complete all as specified and shown in the drawings

Forming two shorts rails out of one unserviceable long rail retrived from items No 3.02 including cutting and threading both ends and fixing into existing charpoy frame including taking out unserviceable short rails etc complete all as specified and shown in the drawings.

Forming two legs out of one unserviceable short rail retrived from items No 3.03 including cutting and threading both ends and providing 32mm bore GI cap plugs and fixing into existing cahrpoy frame including taking out two unservicable legs etc complete all as specified and shown on the drawings.

32 mm bore, 65mm long GI three way elbow fixed in reapir to charpoy including taking out unservicable elbow etc complete all as specified and shown on the drawings.

32mm bore, GI check nut including taking out unserviceable check nut etc, complete all as specified and shown on the drawings.

Note:- The contract sum arrived after deduction of amount of Sch of credit as listed in tender Documents.
