Dismantling of floor finish and dadooing walls in cement mortar with Glazed tiles/Clay tiles the rate includes the cost of all materials, labour,tools and plants, lead, lift etc complete.

Clean removal of loose concrete in slabs soffits with adequate/proper supports to the structures and chipping it to expose reinforcements with required depth / length of grove adjacent to the embedded reinforcement for adequate lapping for welding with the newly providing same dia reinforcement. Application of NitoZinc primer to all the exposed rods and application of Nitobond EP to the old concrete surface before plastering with Renderoc S2 modified mortar to a minimum tk of 12mm as cover to the reinforcement and compliance with the manufacture recommendations. Fixing the dismantled UPVC windows from NPKRR Maaligai in place of removed aluminium windows along with leafs,shutter and locking arrangements by packing the chipped area with cement mortar the rate includes the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, transportation etc., complete.

Flooring with anti skid tiles or equivakent to set in cement mortar 1:3, 20mm thick for bath and flooring including cost of tiles, all lead, lifts, labour for fixing finishing neatly as per standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge tiles colour and shade to be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use.

Dadooing of walls for with glazed tiles The rate includes the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, scaffolding, transportation, disposal of debris, etc., complete.

Painting two coats of plastic interior Emulsion over one coat of primer over the existing plastered surface. The rate includes the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, scaffolding etc., complete.

Supplying, providing and fixing of white coloured EWC (Parryware & Equivalent ) with 12.5 liters capacity flush tank with PVC Health Facet and all internal accessories, SS angle valve. The rate includes the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Replacing waste hose pipes with new one and fixing charges in existing wash basin, The rate includes the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of Branded type like Jaguar taps or equivalent at in closets, wash basin etc complete including cost of all materials, fitting, as per direction by engineer in charge

Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 using II sort stock bricks chamber burnt of size 9" X 4.5"X3" at all levels including cost of all required materials, labour, lead, lift,etc., complete as per std.specification.
