Repair and overhauling of operating mechanism of 33 kV Outdoor VCB of 33kV Capacitor Bank No-2, type VBF 36.16.25 rated voltage 36 kV nominal current 1600 Amp, year of mfg. 2000, ABB make by replacement of pulling rod, tripping cams, locks, tripping coil assembly, closing coil assembly, brass bolts, Auxiliary switch, vacuum interrupter, repair of spring charging mechanism including testing and commissioning complete all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
Replacement of 3 No. damaged 30kV Surge Arrestors nominal discharge current 10kA, Station class, ZnO, Porcelain model 9L13ZTU, Elpro make along with fixing of jumpers complete in all respectsto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
Repair of 132kV SF6 Circuit Breaker Type ELF SF2-1 SrNo IB 084793 Year 1992, ABB make installed on 132 kV Machine No-1 by replacing of defective two number 16 pole auxiliary switch (SI) 3310 complete assembly with variable resistances, replacement of defective snap action contacts with rollers, overhauling of mechanism, measuring of contact resistance of poles and timing for closing, opening and c-o-c operation and adjusting the same as per standards and finally testing and commissioning complete in all respects by the original equipment manufacturer's/Ex-original equipment manufacturer's engineer to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
