RCC work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15 landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain, window sills, staircases and spiral staircases upto floor five level excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

RCC work in arches arch ribs, domes, valults, shells, folded plate and roofs having slope more than 15 upto floor five level excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:- a) Foundations, footing, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture & of required shade to give an even shade. New work (two or more coats) applied @ 3.84 Kg/10 Sqm

Providing and fixing of G.I pipe complete with G.I fittings excluding truncing and refilling etc. externel work: a) 65 mm dia G.I pipe

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches plinth sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and left upto 1.5mtr. (Deduct for not rolling and watering the excavated earth)
