Repair and maintenance jobs in HWPM colony for the years 2026-2027.

Repair and Maintenance of carpentry works (Wooden/ Aluminimum/ Steel) such as repair of doors, windows, furniture's, door closures, locks, glass panes, partitions, fixing of fittings and fixtures, drilling holes etc., and any other similar nature of complaints received from residents & offices by engaging minimum required carpenters including all tools and tackles etc., to complete the jobs of above nature and the materials will be supplied by the department (free of cost) as per requirements, at all locations as instructed by the Engineer-In-Charge Note: 1) Each lot consists of eight hours duty.

Repair and Maintenance of Plumbing and sanitary works such as repairs/ leakages of water supply GI/ CI pipe lines, repair/ replacement of push cocks, pillar taps, bib taps, angle cock, stop cocks, bottle traps, flushing cisterns and accessories, float valves, Nahani trap, gate valves, sanitary pipe fittings etc., to keep them in serviceable conditions and any other similar nature of complaints received from residents & offices by engaging minimum required plumbers including all tools and tackles etc., to complete the jobs of above nature and the materials will be supplied by the department (free of cost) as per requirements, at all locations as instructed by the Engineer-In-Charge Note: 1) Each lot consists of eight hours duty.

Repair and Maintenance of masonry works such as repairs to plastering, pointing, minor repairs like path ways, drains, masonry walls, Brick/RR works, PCC/ RCC works, tree guards/ gaddi etc., and to keep it in good conditions, fixing of fan hooks, clamps etc and any other similar nature of complaints received from residents & offices by engaging minimum required masons including all tools and tackles etc., to complete the jobs of above nature and the materials will be supplied by the department (free of cost) as per requirements, at all locations as instructed by the Engineer-In-Charge Note: 1) Each lot consists of eight hours duty.

Repair and Maintenance of Masonry/ Carpentry/ Plumbing works and other miscellaneous maintenance works by engaging minimum required unskilled workers etc., as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including all tools and tackles etc., required to complete the jobs of above nature. Note: 1) Each lot consists of eight hours duty.

Day to day assistance in the execution of various construction / maintenance works such as assisting to checking at all stages of each construction/maintenace activity with respect to quality, safety, drawing and specifications etc., and assisting in the taking field measurements including maintaining various registers as directed by the Engineer in charge Note: 1) The Contractor shall engage highly skilled personnel having knowledge in required and relavent field. 2) Each lot consists of eight hours duty.
