Excavation in foundation and trenches in all type of soil such as pickwork jumper work Kankar, moorum, shingles including decomposed soft and hard rock etcupto all heights stacking the excavated earth not more than 3mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1 cement : 6 sand :12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) and curring complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all heights and depths including all leads lifts and carrige of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1cement:4approved sand:8app.graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Random rubble masonry/ polygonal rubble masonry ( uncoursed/ brought to courses) with hard of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with CC 1:6:12 (1cement:6sand:12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level in:-cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing and laying damp proof course 38mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement:2sand:4graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size) at plinth level and curing complete including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) with in all leads , lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge. 2nd class bricks.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish. Including centring,shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like, floors etc., up to 200mm in thickness.

Vertical surface such as wall of (any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillaster buttresses plinth and string courses and like and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge .including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3(1cement:1.5approved sand:3approved graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Foundation and plinth including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1m thickness) attached pillasters,buttresses plinth and string courses etc. from top to foundation level upto floor two level and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.including entire carriage ofmaterial upto all leads and lifts.

In lintel, beams, girders, bressumeres and cantilever up to floor two level including all leads , lifts and carriage of material and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work 1:2:4 ( 1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work:-

in suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves and their supports balconies beams, girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level in all heights and depths includiing all leads lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending,binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level.as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses, framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratings, framed guard bars, ladders railling, brackets and similar works with all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing angle iron door, window,clerestory window frame manufacuted from steel iron section of 40 x 40x 6 mm thickness including hinges jamb, lock jamb, beed and if required angle thrashold of MS angle 50x25mm welded or rigidly fixed by mechanical means, lugs with split end tails to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5mm thick with provision for locking arrangement and shock absorber as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretreatment of surface as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S.sheet garrage shutters with frame of 40mmx40mmx6mm angle iron 3.15mm M.S.gusset plates at junctions and corners all necessary fittings complete including applying a priming coat of red lead paint : Using M.S. angles 40mmx40mmx6mm for diagonal braces including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 40x3mm flat iron hold fast 40cm long including fixing to frames 10cm diameter bolts and nuts and wooden plug and embedded in cement concrete block 30x30x15cm in C.C. 1:3;6 ( 1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggragate 20mm niminal size) including all leads, lifts and carriage of material and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing and fixing MS grills of required pattern in wooden frames of windows etc with M.S flasts squar or rounded bars with rounded handed bolts and nuts or by screws plain grills. including all leads, lifts and carriage of material and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Applying a priming coat over new steel and steel based surface after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering and knotting, ready mixed paint brushing red lead , red oxide/ zink oxide chrome including all leads, lifts and carriage of material and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new steel and steel based surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including clearing of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand paper and stopping:- with ready mixed paint other than white, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Boulder filling under flooer hand packed tightly including all leads , lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Enginner Incharge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1cement : sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement, 40mm thick including all leads lifts and carriage of material at site as as per the direction of the Engineer incharge.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/ stone masonry for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrieses internal rounded angles chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in grith and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) including all leads , lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Enginner Incharge.

6mm thick cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 sand) including all leads , lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Enginner Incharge.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces (Two coats) to give an even shade including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust and other foreign matter including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Hiramachi colour wash on undecorated wall surface ( Two coats) to give an even shade including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing under layer for plinth protection of 75mm thick uncolidated bed dry bricks/stone aggregate 40mm nomonal size with rammed consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparing of ground in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Excavation in drains and channels etc in earth work in all kinds of soil such as kankar moorum , shingles, conglomerate saturated soil decomposed of soft rock & hard rock by blasting including dressing of sides and beds, disposing of excavated earth with in all leads and lifts, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed and then returing the stacked soil in to foundation and trenches etc including ramming and watering and consolidating the same whereever required with all leads, lifts and including jungle clearance and as per the direction of the Engineer Incharge.

Laying, jointing, testing & commissioning at site in trenches following plain ended GMS pipes of following dia. and grade as conforming to BIS 1239-(Part-1)-1990 or latest with up to date ammendments, capable of withstanding required test pressure as prescribed in BIS code, in randum lengths of 5.5 to 6.5 mtr. The pipe's ends shall be bevelled suitable for butt weld, including the cost of jointing with butt welding confirming to IS 816-1969 or latest as applicable (leak proof) in three layers at site of work with welding rods of standard make & all allied accessories whatever required for welding at site, tail pieces, tees, bends manufactured from parent pipes etc. and cutting of pipes wherever required as per site requirement i/c carriage in all leads & lifts as directed by Engineer-Incharge (Earth work shall be measured & paid for seperately).

Providing, welding and fixing M.S. plate flanges of following dia.
