COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE / REPAIR AND SERVICING OF GSFFSYSTEM, FIRE ALARM, FIRE FIGHTING AND SPRINKLER SYSTEM INSTALLED AT ISC DHRUV (BLDG NO. P-409), NAVAL BASE KOCHI AND REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE

Material and labour for annual maintenance contract for fire hydrants, fire alarm & gas suppression system installed at DHRUV(Bridgeman shIp simulator) building for one year Minimum one visit in every three months period shall be carried out and the scope include following works :

(a) AMC for fire alarm system (Bosch) :- (i) Testing of entire fire alarm system during site visit such as General servicing of manual call points including cleaning, checking etc. once in three months. (ii) General servicing of hooter including cleaning. (iii) General servicing of fire alarm panel including cleaning, checking & clearance of false alarm and reprogramming of panel complete all as specified and directed

(b) AMC for fire fighting & hydrant system:- (i) Testing of entire fire fighting system , once in three month. (ii) General checking and servicing of Pumps and Diesel engine set etc which includes cleaning, painting, greasing, battery checking filling of distilled water etc. (iii) General servicing of hydrants valves, butterfly valves, NRV's, pressure gauges,sprinklers,pipes, pressure switches etc including cleaning , polishing, replacement of washers (if required) etc. (iv) General servicing of hose box including cleaning, painting replacement of beading (if required) etc. (v) servicing of fire hose Set, including cleaning, drying and etc. (vi) servicing of hose reel including cleaning, cheaking of hose , shutt off nozzle (vii) Major spare parts and components of equipments, overhauling of pumps & engine, coil changing, rewinding of motors, battery etc will be provided additionally. (viii) Cleaning and painting of fire fighting tank of 3.5 lakh ltr capacity.

(c) AMC for gas suppression system(Siemens):- (i) Includes checking of gas suppression system during site visit, once in every three months. (ii) General checking and simulation of suppresion system using spare cylinders. (iii) Checking of discharge lines, working of electromagnetic devices / solenoid valves, directional valves, nozzels, gauges etc, and cleaning of components etc. (iv) General servicing of manual release switches, abort switches tec include cleaning, checking etc. (v) General servicing of gas release panel and device including cleaning, checking & clearance of false alarm and reprogramming of panel complete all as specified. . Note:- Every break down complaints/ calls shall be attended within 48 hrs.

Material and labour for removing the unserviceable winding from the induction motor 10-15hP capacity including cleaning the starter slots,rewinding with appropriate size and or existing super enamelled copper winding wire and insulating to the existing class of insulation, cleaning the starter assembly including fixing of terminal,copper lugs etc.testing and assembling complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace of detectors base for addressable type multisensor detector with heat and smoke combination complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace of detectors complying with addressable type multisensor detector with heat and smoke combination complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace of heat detectors complying with and type certified to EN-45 addressable type heat detector with base with rate of rise cum fixed temperature as per IS: 2175 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace of remote response indicators complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace of addressable manual call point resettable type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace of hooter/sounder cum strobe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace of addressable monitor module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace of analog addressable multisensor detector with blue LED(OT blue detector) source of optical ray to identify open or fast fire signature -specially catering to TF1 & pes of fires as prescribed by EN54.It shall also comprise of additional heat detector sensor with decentralise intelligence, soft addressability with inbuilt fault isolator complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace of Intelligent analog addressable mutisensory with two inbuilt optical smoke ensures with backward & forward scattering light angles eliminating false fire signatures as well as additional heat detector sensor with decentralise intelligence (OTG detector), soft addressable photo thermal type with inbuilt fault isolator complete all as specified and directed. Temp range of this detector shall be confined between - 20 Deg C to + 65 Deg C

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of intelligent addressable type active loop repeater fire terminal, backlite LCD display, having controls for reset, mute, accept, slience alarms and selftest, with progarammable free keys and duly approved by EN-54 complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing of 2x1.5 Sqmm (FRLS) armoured copper cable ISI marked with proper clamping, supports and terminations complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 2X2.5 Sqmm FRLS armoured copper cable ISI marked with proper clamping, supports and terminations complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace of butterfly valve reflux ,with by pass Arrangement ,100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace of microprocessor gas release panel for each protected area triggered in 2 stage action having additional features like easy on-site configuration, upload & download datas, identification of origin of events, display countdown timer before extinguishing release etc. and extinguishing automatic activation with various alarm combinations, 72 hour battery backup time, automatic calibration facility for actuator's control lines (solenoid or pyrotechnical actuators), manual release button for manual activation of extinguishing, Emergency hold button to temporarily stop the extinguishing or abort button to cancel the initiated extinguishing release as long as the pre-warning time is running, Remote transmission facility for transmitting alarms and faults etc in compliance with EN standards complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of of micro controlled base intelligent power distribution panel,Incomer supply spot,output 230 volt alternating current and 24 volt direct current distribution in the panel providing single switch operation in signboard lights and lobby lights.Stablity powersupply in fire alarm control panel . Defend voltage fluctuations in the panel and this panel acts as a ensure the smooth functioning of the control panel by providing a ressistance shield against any voltage variation coming to the control panel complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for attending any type of leakage/shortage/overflow in water supply distribution lines laid at various locations inside Kataribagh and INS Garuda area for detection of nature of defect including carry out minor repairs to make the distribution line functional complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (a) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be included the elements of labour only for arresting the leakage and making the supply line functional for minor repair such as releasing air locks, clearing float valve blockages and checking any closed valves alongwith the supply, putting an end cap, etc. If replacements of pipe/items is required to make the supply line functional, the cost of labour and material for the same shall be measured and paid as "Supply & fix/Material & labour in repairs" under relevant items of this schedule here in after. (b) If leakage/shortage shall not be attended & rectified in the same day as received by the contractor except major break down, the recovery will be made @ Rs 500/- per breakdown per day and after 15 days of non functional of any distribution line, as specified for any reason, the recovery will be made @ 2000/- per day till the distribution line functional

Excavation in trenches not exe. 1.5 M in depth and not exe 1.5 M in width including getting out for laying pipes etc including forming bottom surface to required level in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.
