Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of butterfly valve of PN 1.6 rating with bronze/gunmetal seat duly ISI marked complete with nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets conforming to IS 13095 of following sizes as required:

Providing laying, testing & commissioning of 'C' class heavy duty MS Pipe conforming to IS 3589/IS 1239 inclduing welding, fittings like elbows, tees, flangs, tapers, nuts bolts, gaskets etc. and fixing the pipe on the wall/ceiling with suitable clamps/support frame and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete as required:

Constructing masonry Chamber 90x90x100 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with C.I. surface box 100 mm top diameter, 160 mm bottom diameter and 180 mm deep (inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ), i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design :

With common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5

Excavation of the soil for tracing the fire hydrant pipe line including removing of paver block and refilling the excavated area with proper ramming, relaying of the removed interlocks propoerly complete as required and as dirercted by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 100 mm dia Pressure Guage(0-200PSI Glycerine filled) on hydrant line including ball valve and pipe stem compleate as required.

Providing and fixing 150 mm dia MS flange in the 150mm dia MS fire hydrant line with necessary cutting and welding work as required.
