A complete job for operation and maintenance of street lights including all required materials with armoured or unarmoured cable (both existing and new street lights (LED-HPSV-Mercury-tube lights) to be fixed during the maintenance period at Industrial Area Mandore under the jurisdiction of this unit office. The work is to be executed on the following terms and conditions (a) The work includes timely ON-OFF of street lights, replacing of spare parts, wiring, cable, as and when required. (b) The work also includes removal of all type of faults in panels and fuse boxes etc. complete connections so as to keep the street light network in working condition. (c) The work includes the cost of labours and electricians etc. and all the materials-spare part of category-I required for the purpose such as bulbs, chokes, wiring, armoured or unarmoured cable, PVC or XLPE insulated and PVC sheated cable of 1.1 KV grade with aluminium conductor etc. confirming to latest IS code and any other material required for removal of faults in panels and fuse boxes and connection purposes etc. (d) The work also includes the excavation of trench for laying of underground cable including taking out bricks etc. and laying the same in original condition i.e. filling-refilling-levelling of ground etc. complete in all respect as required for fault renewal-repairing purpose with all labour-material-required T and P etc. (e) The work also includes the laying of overhead bunch cable on existing cable tubular poles including making connection with required material or labour and T and P. Complete in all respect. (f) No material of any kind except new fixtures will be supplied by the corporation. All cost of any kind such as labours or materials with T and P etc. shall be borne by the contractor himself. (g) The contractor shall attend the complaints of street light within 24 hr otherwise payment shall be deducted two times of rate from total payment due for total number of lights whose operation and maintenance will awarded to contractor. (Total 280 point x 12 Months = 3360 points)

The work of Operation and maintenance shall be got executed as per direction of Engineering Incharge (A.S.E. , A.R.M.and R.M.) and as per enclosed terms and Conditions.
