AMRUT Kottapadichira Infrastructure Improvements at Kottapadichira Pond General Civil Work

OD332838/2025-2026:Supplying and fixing at site Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) of approved make and colour certified for exterior applications, 3mm thickness with 28 to 30mm microns PVDF coating confirming to ASTM standard with top aluminium skin of 0.25mm and with a bottom aluminium skin of 0.25mm with service coating of polyester paint, laminated to a centre core of 2.5mm single recycled low density polyethylene material. The panels shall be cut to sizes of required grid dimensions with the site condition. The panel shall be fixed on pre-fabricated frame work using 38mm*25mm*1mm thick Aluminium extruded sections of approved make joined with standard cleats and fasteners. The gaps formed between the panels shall be sealed with silicone sealant. The rate inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials labour for erection, hire charges of scaffolding etc. complete.

50.10.2:Steel work for purlin/single section with G I pipes including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete
