Material & labour. soldering/Welding/brazing on both sides (over lapping) to the GI strip of any size as earthing lead including dismantling the old from the existing position/equipment without disturbing the functional requirements of the equipments and reconnecting after repair/welding complete all as specifed and directed.

Materials and Labour for provision of concrete earthing pit as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part –I (2009), in PCC (1:3:6) Type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 54 cm x 54 cm x 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia. TMT bars @ 150 mm centre to centre both ways, with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia. MS bar, including demolition of existing damaged earthing pit and including necessary earthwork in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in position at various/different locations funnel alongwith wire mesh and replacing existing broken/damaged items complete all as specified & directed.

M& L for earthing complete with & including galvanized MS earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried vertically in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 below ground level connected to galvanized earth wire soldered and riveted or connected to earth plate by means of nuts, bolts , check nuts & washers, of galvanized iron or steel all as Shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part- I (2009) and connected to panel board, all as specified and testing on completion including provn of earth wire 4 mmm dia duly protected with and including 15 mm dia bore medium grade GI pipe upto 7.5 (maximum) meter from electrode to earth point including provn of the earth plate surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of not less than 15 cm in alternate layers of charcoal and salt on all sides of earth plate and GI light grade watering pipe of 20mm dia bore with funnel with wire mesh including all necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in, removal of surplus soil to a distance 50 metre, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 as in earth chamber, 50 mm thick RCC cover using cementconcrete 1:2:4 type B-0 reinforced with & including 8 mm dia mild steel TMT bar @ 100 mm c/c Both way with suitable handle for lifting arrangement & including form work and MS frame using MS angle of size 40mm x 40mm x 6mm complete all as specified & directed. NOTES:- (i) On testing, after completion of Job, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing shall be redone by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

All as per ser item No 7 here-in-before but using galvanised iron strip 25x4mm as earthing lead.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 mtr deep for laying of cables and getting out soft/loose soil compete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioing with a layer of fine sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15cm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Notes-:(i) Excavation and earth work to be measured and paid for separately. (ii)Thickness of 18cms after punning shall be considered for payment.

M&L old size sub class ‘B’ bricks laid flat in trenches over the cable with the length of brick perpendicular to the direction of cable length, adjacent/abutting each other compete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick in trenches compete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point compete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of cable XLPE insulated , armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, fixed by means of MS saddles on or fixed on poles including connection with proper lugs for the following size including taking out old one and removing from site (Excavation, earthwork, GI pipe, bricks, sand shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for supply,erecting and fixing in position 9 metre long steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-22 complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws conforming to IS-2713 (Part- I & III) of 1980 and painting the pole with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of primer including black and white strips 30cm each upto 1.5 metre from top of PCC foundation block and numbering of poles in 80mm high white letter using synthetic enamel paint over base etc including taking down old existing pole and proper connection with existing condoctor all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of PVC spacer/separators on LT OH line conductor for 4 wire including necessary nuts, bolts and fixing properly on ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Rewinding of Siren capacity 2KW by using existing size and gauge of PVC insulated copper conductor complete including transportation to Ludhiana contractor's workshop for carryout necessary repair work and transporting it back to site and connecting & testing after fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technique and necessary T&P for passing of LT/HT cables. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & taking down of existing worn out / unserviceable aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any description /size & in any position from existing LT pole/ Lines all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

M & L in replacement stay assembly comprising of GI stay bow 14 mm dia, 40 cm long ( over all) galvanised stay rod 16 mm dia 215 cm long with threaded ends GI nuts, bolts, washers, stay plate 30 cm x 30 cm x 6 mm thick 2 Nos of thimbles, MS clamps made out of 50 mm x 6 mm flat iron complete including stay wire 7/8 SWG complete all as specified and directed including necessary excavation and earth work and PCC 1:3:6 all as shown in electrical plate No.1 of SSR-1991 Part-I (PCC and earth work, loop type insulator, stay clamps shall be measured and paid for separately under the respective item of schedule) including taking down existing old unsv stay assembly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and erecting pre-stressed cement concrete pole, 9 metre long of cross section 102mm x 172mm at top and 102mm x 279mm at bottom, class 10, complying with requirements of IS-1678-1978 including disconnecting and reconnecting ACSR conductor, painting of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer with black and white strips 30cm each up to 1.5 metre height from top of PCC foundation block and numbering of poles with synthetic enamel paint white in 80mm high letters over 150mm x 230mm yellow base complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.
